I really enjoyed my stay there. The facility appears very clean, cozy, and spacious. The staffs are helpful. The price is economical. The decor both inside the room and outside in the public area is superb.

The breakfast is not the best but you can;'t complain for it's free to all guests. The location is a bit distant from Boston but you can hop onto highway and drive for about 20 minutes then you'll be in the city.

The hotel is located conveniently off the highway, near the malls, and with a plenty of parking space. The front desk stuff was not just helpful but even anticipated possible problems and made steps to avoid them, for example making checking in smooth for guests, whose arrival was delayed until after midnight due to a railroad problem. The lobby of the hotel is so inviting that you would prefer to spend free time there than elsewhere. There is not just a well stocked bar but also a well stocked library in that both modern and traditional lobby. The rooms are very clean and have a separate kitchen / sitting area with a sofa and an island table, and a separate bedroom with a door. Both areas have large screen TVs allowing for a wide choice of entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric range, full size refrigerator with two freezers, coffeemaker, dining utensils, cooking utensils etc. The bed is very accommodating and the bedside lights have receptacles for electric, USB-A, and USB-C connections. The bedside electronic alarm clock has both USB-A and NFC wireless charging. AC works very well. It is equipped with the motion detectors in both areas, so airflow is turning on and off automatically. The bathroom is large with a shower easily fitting a person of any size. The downstairs breakfast area is very clean, convenient for several parties from 2 to 10 guests, and the breakfast is well stocked with both cold and hot traditional US continental items, all fresh and well prepared. There are coffee and tea choices for any taste as well as dairy and non-dairy creamers. The additional safety measure is that the staircase doors and elevator floor buttons operated only for guests with electronic key cards. There is also a very pleasant outdoor sitting area accessible from the back of the lobby and divided for several parties. Also, there is at least one large reception hall and several business meeting rooms.

The only item missing was a mini-safe in the room. It is quite strange providing overall excellent level of service of the hotel and new furniture in each room that has plenty of options to fit the mini-safe.

Our room was amazing. It seems as though the room was recently updated and it was bright, very clean, spacious and it had an excellent view.

The unannounced $20.00 parking fee was sneaky. There is no lot security, and when the lot is full, you have to park in relative darkness. I always hate when places "Nickel and Dime" the customers, and this is a perfect example.

This is my second time staying at the Residence Inn Natick. The first time - during covid - did not permit me to experience the very nice buffet breakfast in a spacious sitting room with plenty of vegan options. The suite itself s comfortable with a separate closing door in the bedroom to keep out hall noise. The bathroom is nice enough and again, spacious with good products and ample linens. The air conditioning unit continues to be problematic as it's old and noisy. I should have slept with the window open, even though it faces traffic on the street below. The big bonus is the EV car charger right outside, offered free to guests and I will continue to stay here just because of that reason. This sets it apart from other properties including other Residence Inns.

The air conditioning unit is the only downside to a nice hotel with friendly people.

The property was extremely clean, organized, and welcoming. My family stayed for ten days while visiting family. The staff made sure we had clean towels at all times, and plenty of pillows and blankets. The staff was definitely the best out of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Super welcoming, and friendly. There were many staff members I talked to on a daily basis because they were just genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be back to this property for vacation next year.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. The attention to detail in the elegantly designed rooms, coupled with the modern amenities, created a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. The staff's commitment to exceptional service was evident in their friendly demeanor and willingness to cater to every need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect blend of sophistication and hospitality.

The room was fabulous. The separation between living space was ideal to not disturb other person .

I waited for housekeeper with cart to get off elevator. I said good morning- no response. I strode Rosie’s to allow her to get off- no “ excuse me” . Even if a language barrier words like hello, thank you , etc are understood in any language.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Parking. Immaculate,Spacious room. I particularly like that there is a door that separates between the living and kitchen area, and the bedroom.hotel lobby feels airy . Breakfast has good options.

It would be nice if parking is free.

Facility.appeared new, very well kept. Room was spacious, clean and we'll appointed. Full kitchen was a nice bonus, although I didn't utilize. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Appreciated elevator requiring room key scan for use as a safety measure. Complimentary breakfast offered.a wide array of options, something for everyone.

Noticed upon arrival both garbage/recycling receptacles we're overflowing. Did mention to desk staff, who stated that there was a staff member whose job it was to monitor, and they were expected to address. We arrived approximately 8-8:30 on a Saturday evening, we were hungry and we're advised that there was a limited, cold menu available at the bar area. Ordered a turkey wrap, which was very salty, but appreciated the fact that there was something available in the hotel at that time of day.

Good! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Possibly a change of hot food would be enjoyed from day to day?

A mirror in bedroom and a wastebasket there would be good! The bathroom smelled like urine-possibly clean floor better or separate from other areas.
