The villa was immaculately clean and well decorated. Our room was large and modern with a superb comfortable bed and a large bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. There was mood lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom. The hosts were wonderful and welcoming, helped us with recommendations for restaurants and booked us a table at their favourite one. They really couldn’t have made us more at home and looked after. We also had a super breakfast with homemade jams, fruit, yoghurt, juices, hams and cheese and cooked items too. The pool and surrounding areas had sunny and shaded spaces with lovely sunbeds and other seating.

Everything was absolutely superb. The room and facilities were perfect. The pool was perfectly maintained and a delight to utilise after each day of exploring. The fresh breakfast served by Filippa was amazing. Gianni also adds to the experience. Super helpful with suggestions for Etna and a local restaurant Dromedario which was much better than more highly rated venues on Tripadvisor. We stayed 4 nights, next time I would stay no less than 7. As per other reviews it is not in the heart of the vibe but a car is needed for visiting Sicily properly anyhow so it makes staying at Marty a must-do! Kind regards to young Marty herself who was on school holidays and very welcoming and helpful on arrival. The other staff were also wonderful - my partner even managed to get her nails done at the property with the somewhat "secret" beautician.

We were received like being part of the family. The breakfast was fabulous, and everyone was extremely friendly. Nice pool, nice location nice people and food. What should I say? Really good place for a holiday and to visit Etna. If you still think if you should book this place, stop and book it, you won't regret it, I promise!

There is just one really minimal thing that could be improved, we would have enjoyed having access to a pad/tab/espresso coffee machine ifor a quick coffee in the afternoon. I'm pretty sure marty or his wife would have prepared us a coffee if we had asked but we didn't want to annoy them. Obviously this is no real criticism, just sth that they could implement to make it even nicer.

The rooms are very clean, modern, and spacious, with a great pool and delicious breakfast. We stayed for just one night and arrived early for check-in, and the hosts kindly accommodated us right away. They even brought us an umbrella for the beach when we casually mentioned it. The minibar prices are reasonable, and we especially loved the Superior King room. Breakfast included homemade jams and yogurt, adding a special touch. The price-to-value ratio here is perfect—I can't recommend this place enough! It's better than any hotel you could stay in. Thank you!

Cleanliness amazing, staff amazing, pool amazing. Everything and everyone were more than welcome expected. The room is cleaned daily, the owners are like your own family, the breakfast is homemade (omelette, jams etc). The pool is 24/7, very clean and doesn't not have that chlorine smell, the owner tells you that from the ccheck-in, they have a sustainable way of cleaning the pool, skin friendly.

It is a spotlessly clean bed and breakfast place with very comfortable rooms and an especially good bed. There is a pool and loungers to sit and relax before or after the sightseeing trips or visit to Etna. The hosts were super accommodating and helpful, and the hostess serves lovely homemade marmalade at a copious breakfast.

It is a bit in between places, so you will need a car or your own transport. There is some noise that one can hear from neighbouring rooms, but it is otherwise a quiet and calm spot to recharge for the busy tourist spots.

Clean modern rooms with plenty of space and very comfy bed like you would find at home not in a B&B. Pool was beautiful and immaculate perfect for swimming, playing and relaxing. The family who run this B&B are wonderful, welcoming and become your family. It was really difficult to leave them as we will miss them very much.

Had expected to be able to walk more places but given the heatwave in Sicily this was not possible so ended up hiring a car. This is not the properties fault but there are not the trains and taxis I had anticipated. Not a problem just something worth noting if you prefer not to drive abroad.

It was obvious that Gianni and Philippa took great pride in their home and the service that they offer. They were both exceeding helpful and thoughtful. Philippa prepared a wonderful breakfast every morning and was on hand in case we needed anything extra. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Our room was immaculate with clean modern furnishings. The bed was large and comfortable as were the pillows (I think they were memory foam). The bathroom was large and modern. The outside space was also kept extremely clean and tidy. The swimming pool was fantastic, clean and large. This is the perfect place to unwind.

We were slightly disadvantaged by not having a car.

Very helpful hosts, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed room. Nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a TV with Netflix! Pool looked amazing too. Fabulous breakfast, loved the home made yogurt, cake and the eggs made to order. Thank you for the gluten free goodies too. Good base from which to explore Etna and Taormina (we were on a motorbike)

Everything about the property was lovely. No restaurants recommended which were within walking distance, but we got a taxi (instead of riding the motor bike). Would be fine for people with cars.

The accommodation is very truthful to the pictures, and the location, away from the city buzz, made it the perfect place to relax in our vacation. The room and bathroom was spacious and cleaned to perfection. The hosts were very attentive to the guests, and the homemade breakfast by Filipa was a lovely joy.
