A very relaxing place to stay in a good location. Great breakfast buffet.

Having the pool open in October would be even better.

Beautiful open lush green grounds with a beautiful pool to top it all off, that we were lucky enough to be able to look over from our balcony. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great location only a few minutes walk from the beachfront, restaurants and old town. Parking available onsite. And vegan options for breakfast!! Did I mention the spa which covers the entire basement level….amazing!!

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but that’s just a personal preference, and I’m not a fan of the shower/tub combo…but the bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

We very much enjoyed our stay of 10 days in Hotel Vittoria! The hotel is centrally located but at the same time absolutely quiet: It is only a 5 to 10 minutes' walk to reach the lively historic center of charming Otranto; the amazing sea promenade with its numerous bars and excellent restaurants; and last but not least the nice city beaches (spiagge libere or bagni, all sporting sandy beaches and crystal-clear water). Our room was spacious with a large bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden and the pool area. The bed was very comfortable and the wardrobe had a good size. Breakfast was buffet style and very good. The swimming-pool was nice and actually much larger than expected. Number of sunbeds and sunshades was fine. Free parking on the ground was fine as well, although it might become a bit crammed in July/August.

Some smaller things: Lights in the bathroom were a bit dim. Additional sockets near the bed would have been nice. And part of the furniture in our room (the table and the desk) were rather tired.

Great location, lovely pool and enough sunbeds with shade. Pool bar was good for lunch/ snacks. Rooms big and comfortable. Very clean hotel. Staff very friendly and nice. Great breakfast. Good location as only a few mins walk from historic centre but not noisy at night.

Shower wasn’t that powerful, could have done with glasses rather than paper cups in room. Kettle in the room would have been nice.

Breakfast was good. The location was perfect just outside of the main area, 3 minutes walk away. Parking was free if you use the rear carpark just passed the hotel up a single track drive.

Sadly the pool was closed and didn't open until mid May. The spa didn't open until 4 pm and was a little limited so I can imagine it gets busy in the main season. These are more points to note, rather than complaints.

Good location- big room and big bed- big pool-

Breakfast - didn’t enjoy the hot food or the ‘ fresh juice’- too concentrate- too sweet and not fresh fruit juice- Felt that the outer stairwells and the area on your way to the outside toilet by the pool were neglected and not swept.

Everything was perfect. Excellent swimming pool, wonderful breakfast, short walking distance from Otranto's main attractions. I will be back for sure. The hotel staff is super professional and extremely kind.

The air conditioning cannot be handle from the room. You have to ask the hotel staff to in/decrease the temperature of your room. Finally, if bed pillows could be a bit harder, that would be perfect.

Everything Lovely pool area free towels for the pool.lovely indoor spa . Breakfast great selection. The room was huge had Everything you could need lovely balcony pool view . Housekeeping staff great very friendly. Location is great a few minutes walk to the beach front ,castle and restaurants .

We loved this hotel, the staff were so friendly especially on reception. Our room was large, two good size wardrobes, a safe, toiletries, fridge and a balcony with drying facilities. Decor is a bit dated but very much in the italian style you find in most hotels in Italy. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were really high quality. Air conditioning was a bit warm the first night and you can't really change the temperature in the room however if you go to reception they can adjust it for you and then it was great. Hotel is relaxing and quiet, the pool area was beautiful and peaceful, with lots of beds and chairs but it can get a bit busy later in the afternoon. We ate at the pool bar, the food was simple, a bit slow to come out sometimes but it was really tasty. They also have a good selection of drinks including proper coffees, beers, wines and icecreams. The pool was much larger than we expected a good depth all the way along and you can do a really good length when swimming. Lots of spaces for your car if you have one however again it does get busy in the later afternoon. The Hotel is so convenient for the town and beach it is literally a 5 min walk to the promenade with all the restaurants and bars and around 7 mins to the old town. We loved to walk down in the morning and then again at night to watch the sunset, get some drinks and then dinner. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to be back.

Braakfast had a good selection of different items however was a bit basic. I can understand why people didn't like it, we found it to be adequate but we have experienced better quality products in other parts of Italy. The fact we couldn't adjust our air conditioning was a bit annoying when we arrived and it would have been good to know a quick trip to reception can sort it out. Would be good if guests were informed of this on arrival or on the website.

The pool and the pool bar are great, the reception staff are very nice and helpful. We have also enjoyed the restaurant and the live music (some days of the week) is a very pleasant bonus. The location very close to the city centre and the port is extremely convenient. I liked the fact that the hotel has an agreement with the Alimini beach nearby (a great sandy beach) and you get to buy from the reception a voucher for front row sunchairs (and umbrellas). All in all it was a very pleasant stay, I would definitely go back.

There is a good selection of food for the breakfast, everybody will find something to eat in the morning, but a bit repetitive and for a 4* hotel, I've seen better. The cleaning personnel is not very helpful. I had to ask twice, two different cleaners, for a shampoo refill. But overall, really minor inconveniences.
