Friendly staff and very fast service when requested extra towels, etc, Very helpful in booking tours and even went out of the way to book a private fishing tour for our family on a private boat.

The only thing is their stairs are very, very slick when it rains and there are a lot of them to climb, especially to the penthouse suite. I slipped as if I was on ice and the railing is to high to catch your fall. I slammed right down on my rear end and went all the way down like on a slide. They need to put sand paper strips down on those stairs, somebody is going to get hurt real bad I am afraid. I am 62 years old and I almost broke my pelvis and that would have cut my vacation right then and there. Be very careful if they haven't fixed it and it rains, you could have a very bad experience worse than what I went through and be wheeled out an a very bad way if you know what I mean?

Room was large and clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff had a surprise towel cake and balloons in the room for my birthday. The location was great, and the hotel restaurant food was amazing.. we ate everything from fish & chips, calamari, chicken and mash patato to breakfast every day.. The staff here are so friendly...especially one we nic named smiley as she listened intently to all our silly questions and answered everything with a genuine smile.... she made our first impressions amazing.

Not a dislike but more a recommendation, the American breakfast that comes with 2 toast, 2 bacon rashers, should also come with 2 eggs (not one)...

We had a wonderful stay at Corong Bancuang Mansion. Our ferry from El Nido to Coron got cancelled due to bad weather and we got the slow boat instead. Upon arrival at the hotel, they surprised us with a free upgrade to the presidential suite! What a sweet surprise! There's no elevator, you need to walk until the top floor, but the room and the view was worth it. The room was huge! The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Their food at the restaurant was also delicious. Their staff are friendly and accomodating. Location is around 10 minutes walk to the main strip. We loved our stay at Coron Bancuang Mansion. If/when we come back to Coron, we'll definitely stay here again. It's a beautiful hotel that showcases Filipino roots from the wooden handcrafted displays to the furnishings.

Initially I was put in a bit of a stuffy room next to the reception with no window. When I asked if there was anything else they upgraded me to a very comfortable room. The building has real character and staff were very nice. The pool was a very tranquil spot to get away from the chaos of the town. Very comfortable stay overall. Easy walk to town. Staff were very excellent.

It could perhaps do with some minor additions like somewhere to hang towels in bathroom. It is an old fashioned hotel but I quite liked that. Yes there are a lot of stairs to some of the rooms so be mindful. It’s also located on quite a busy road but this goes for most properties in coron.

We had a great experience. The hotel is modest yet comfortable. The rooms and common areas were consistently clean. Our room was spacious, and we had a lovely view of the sea from the windows. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower was also great. The breakfast is simple but delicious, offering a variety of international and local options, which is convenient if you're heading out on tours and want to save some time. The main area of Coron isn't far, so it's easy to walk to the restaurants and diving centres.

I noticed a few comments about it and can't help but mention: there are A LOT of stairs. To reach some rooms, you'll need to climb 2-3 floors, but reaching the highest level requires climbing 96 steps, so if stairs are an issue for you, it's worth reconsidering your stay. On some days, my watch showed that I climbed 34 floors (just going to breakfast, tours, dinner, etc.). They don't provide toiletries.

First we had a room next to the reception without any windows. Which was not ideal, cause you could hear everything, everytime the phone rang or when a group of obnoxious spanish people check out at 5 in the morning and scream around like they own the hotel. I just had to complain, I felt bad for the really friendly staff. They gave us a different room which was really nice. The hotel was very clean, nice Pool, good location,great tours and hustle free airport drop off.

Nothing except this spanish group that should never go on holiday again until they undergo an behavioral course.

We had a great 5 night stay! Stuff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, dinner we had in the city. We also booked all our tours at the hotel reception and everything went well! The hotel has a bar where you can enjoy a drink and look over the city. Maybe ask for room in the back of the hotel as their is only one main road and it can be a little bit noisy in the front area. But as you leave everyday between 7-8 am for a tour it’s fine.

Such a comfortable room,, was upgraded on arrival, to a beautiful room, after coming off a 3 night boat expedition. The staff were lovely and very helpful, especially Debbie ( hope I spelt that correctly ) was greeted with a cold drink, bag brought up to my room. Very comfy bed, the pool was great, lots of beautiful details in the hotel. Great location, 15 minute walk downhill to restaurants, bars and shops. Loved my stay here.

The hotel is just a piece of art. A very beautifully designed with a lot of wood and shell decoration and very interesting room locations. I had a mountain and sea view from my balcony. Very comfortable bed with proper blanket. Hotel has a Spa and laundry service which is very convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Opposite hotel is a travel agency where we booked a few tours, also hotel can offer some tours and airport transfer. Very is a small grocery shop next to the hotel and big restaurant opposite. Way to airport was only 20 minutes, I wish I knew it in advance ( I ve been told 45 minutes).

No place to dry clothes. I would recommend to add a simple rob at balcony to dry clothes and a few hooks in the bathroom to place face towels.

-Staff were great, very friendly and helped when we had a small issue with our room. They also booked us a good transfer to the airport. -Accommodation’s got to be one of the best in Coron, high standards, very clean, safe -Decent location, only a few minutes tuktuk from the centre or 10-15minutes walk -Pool and restaurant on site
