Staff had to deal with an unexpected issue when I arrived at 01:30am. They were very accomodating and helpful. My room was clean and I had a good coffee and pie in the cafe in the morning. Great service.
Room faced the main road, so I was woken by the early morning communters but the upside was a lovely sunrise view.

I returned home from USA and needed a place to stay for the night upon arrival. Jameson was the place to be. Service was excellent. Very clean hotel. Friendly staff

Communication was very good. I paid for my father and niece to stay at the hotel and the process was very smooth despite the initial hold-up by my bank in processing the payment. However, everything was resolved smoothly. My family enjoyed their stay and reported that the staff was very friendly and hospitable always ready to help. I commended the reservationist Vimbai Gore for her excellent customer care skills to her manager Mr. Ncube.

Great location with secure parking. Friendly and obliging staff. Good food. Has standby generator.
The staff suffer from a lack of training in cleaning and expected service - probably exacerbated by COVID. But when issues are pointed out they are attended to promptly
