Very clean, both rooms are spacious. Living room is superrrr huge and with a nice view at night, also has good working aircons that cool the apartment quickly. Beds were comfy. The living room couch is very comfy but fits only 2, would rate this place a 10 if the couch actually fits more people. However, I think its an acceptable compromise for the price since there's also a dining table with 4 chairs.

Water pressure wasn't the best. There were 2 showers but the pressure was strong enough only for 1 shower to be used at a time...

The unit was very clean with wonderful view. Bed was very comfortable. Aircon and heaters all worked well. Staff in charge of homestay handled the check-in and check-out smoothly. Our friend left his van keys there and they were so helpful to arrange for the cleaning staff to handover the keys. Thank you so much for your after sale service. Enjoyed ourselves and will sure be back. Kudos guys....

The jacuzzi was amazing , and the view from the balcony was beautiful.The room is comfortable enough for my family.

Had a hard time to access the TV box . Couldnt really watch good shows and netflix.

Gorgeous apartment. Very responsive staff. Views were great 👍 The property managers require you to place a deposit with them. But all of that was handled seamlessly. The deposit refund was also done within 24hrs of checkout.

A small nitpick is that it doesn’t have a water filter that dispenses drinking water. Just remember to buy back some water from outside and it’ll be fine 👍👍

Everything was good, not much flaws.

1.The WiFi had some issues connecting. 2. The bathtub had some hairs that belonged to the previous customer. It appeared floating when I was filling it up.

I like the entire apartment. It was spacious and had a good view from the balcony. We were directly facing the pool. It was windy too, didn't really need the fan or aircon actually. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the bathtub too..the bathtub had lighting inside, it was so cool. Both rooms had ensuite bathrooms. Securities were really helpful plus the security system is quite tight. You can go anywhere without the card, even to the ground level.

There weren't any 24hrs shop below or across the road. We had to order everything that we needed. Can't blame the apartment for that, it's the location for shops.

I love the rooftop and also the facilities in the property. I manage to enjoy my gym peacefully there and the view from my apartment was amazing from the balcony!

The only thing that didnt work was the heater in the bathtub. It took quite some time for the water to be filled up too! Other than that it was such a pleasant stay, with microwave and oven, dining table and even kitchen in the property was good! :)

Good hospitality, location near to CIQ the homestay was clean cooling and comfy bed. easy check-in and check-out. My kids love the pool , The place was well secured no worries of parking your car coz the security is everywhere

Near CIQ. Very spacious. The apartment is like very taken care of, the curtain is clean and not dusty, shows that it's well cleaned.

No shops around that area. The shower head holder screw is dislocated.

- Super convenient from City Square Mall, easy to locate room location. - Host reply quickly once connected with him on messenger. - Initially worried as review is not so good but after staying for 2 nights the room feels like home and in general feels super comfortable.

- Room has some dust on the ceiling. - Jacuzzi is abit dirty but after a few rinse it’s fine. - Need to bring own soap and toothbrush.
