The check-in procedure takes some getting used to and can overwhelm customers! Access to the apartment is available upon prior registration on the rental company's online portal. Attention: you will receive the link to this online portal as a message in your inbox at booking.com and not to your email address! can quickly be overlooked!!! After registration, the tourist tax will be collected and payment will be requested! You will receive the number code for access to the apartment via WhatsApp approximately 1 hour before check-in time. there is no staff on site!!

Great location just inside the old town and perfect for exploring the beautiful historic Lecce. Very close to restaurants, shops and all the attractions. The apartment had a lot of character, was very spacious and comfortable. The stone steps to get to the apartment are narrow and steep, all part of the charm of the building. The roof top terrace was a bonus and had views over the old town rooftops. Communication with the hosts was very good with regard to self-checking in and out. Street parking was not difficult to find. We used the Easypark APP and were never more than five minutes walk from the apartment. There is also secure parking three minutes walk from the apartment.

The location of the apartment was amazing. Our host Simone was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The terrace was lovely and perfect for relaxing. The apartment was fantastic with a living room a well equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a sofa and a nice dining table. The internet worked flawlessly. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment.

Our apartment had a very spacious dining and seating area but it wasn’t clear at the time we booked that this was shared with another bedroom. We never saw the other guest, only heard them walking around, so it wasn’t a problem for us.

The water pressure on the morning we were leaving was very low and the shower was cold.

The main problem with this place are the steep stairs leading up to the apt and then once again up to the roof terrace. Definitely not suitable for elderly or handicapped people. Also the kitchen is old & tiny and really impossible to use other than the refrigerator.

A very well positioned room at the edge of the old town. The terrace area was really nice and a very relaxing area. The secure parking was expensive, it was very convenient and gave us peace of mind.

Although the room had the basic requirements it was a a little tired in places and we needed to request some repairs on arrival. The large furniture did make the room a little cramped.

The location was great and the room was really clean. We loved the terrace and the fact that we had almost everything we needed.

The door to the room could not be locked using the key. Thankfully, we were the only ones staying in that part of the building, but it was still scary. We would have liked it if the washing machine would have functioned. The armours were a bit scary at night😂

The hotel is located in the pedestrian area of Lecce, surrounded by lively bars. The room was spacious, had good air conditioning, and though we slept on the street side, there was some noise from passing people. However, by 2 AM, everything was quiet. The hotel seemed to have anticipated this issue, as they provided earplugs for everyone, which was fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was easy and done online. Lecce itself is a beautiful, charming, and vibrant city – definitely recommended.

The location was perfect and the view from the roof top was amazing. The staff are very friendly and available by whatsapp if needed. Check-in was easy and you can leave your bags if you have a late flight. I could come and go as I please without having to see a receptionist every day, which I prefer. I did not know my view would be so amazing! They should definitely shout about it a lot more! Great value for money if you book well enough in advance.

I didn't like the two single beds put together as a double as I could not sleep in the middle of the bed. I basically had a single bed. It was still comfortable but if roll over my body, it sank where the beds met in the middle. Having a bin in the bedroom would be great too and maybe a mirror? Non of this takes away from the great stay that I had, I would stay again in the exact same room and be happy!

Great location, historic buildings had lots of character, very comfortable bed.

Terrible smell from bidet pipes, we appreciate it’s an old area but was quiet revolting. Owner did plug the pipe which helped. Owner was helpful online ( addressed problems, gave clean towels, booked taxi ) but we never saw anyone. Reception was meant to be available during certain times but never seemed to be open.
