The hotel offers a clean, and confortable environment, great for resting after a long day of sight seeing. It's right in the middle of downtown, and you can find everything close by. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's really worth what you pay is really cheap for what you get. The rooms are clean, and beds are comfy. Parking it's next door.

The restroom door knobs were a little stiff, and you might need to pull a little harder to flush the toilet.

Safety first. Wonderful metal doors and large lock on door. Very safe. All very clean. And much coffee in lobby. The best wifi 😍.

I needed more electric outlets next to my bed.

Location, walking distance to central square, staff was helpful.

The walls were not clean (some bugs stains), and our room was at the entrance (quite noisy with people going in and out)

The location is close to everything. I arrived early in the morning and they kept my reservation. Very safe location. Towels are clean and new.

Hope they have bedside lamps.

The lobby was nicer & cleaner than expected. The parking seems very secure. The cleaning lady is very nice.

The room & bathroom were TINY, the room was clean (except for bugs on the ceiling). The lightbulbs in the room are super bright & blue tinted so it's hard to sleep after. The desk staff were rude. They refused to give the included free breakfast "because of covid" even though they have a cute attached restaurant full of customers. The hotel allows pets & has completely hard surfaces & metal outdoor-style doors on the rooms... We have a medical service dog (documented & trained medical service dog, not pet, small, clean, quiet, non-shedding, etc). We know the laws are different in Mexico for service animals but the courtesy is usually the same, especially if they allow pets. We've been to 200+ hotels in Mexico for work & this is the first that has charged more than a deposit for an actual medical service dog. Only AFTER we paid for the room, they insisted on a deposit for more than the cost of the room (that part was fine because it was a deposit & they gave it back after they saw the room was left totally normal with no hair, no smell, etc) but they also insisted we pay a non-refundable additional fee of HALF the cost of the room -that's really high & they took the fee. They have tile floors & metal doors so there isn't anything to damage anyway. Again, they verified there was no damage, no shedding, no smell, no extra space used, actual medical service dog & they only told us the extra fees only after we had already paid for the non-refundable room rate.
