Very well run Bed & Breakfast with great friendly in keeper's.

I wish they had electronic door locks, so we didn't have to struggle with a key to enter the inn. Also, better lightning near the front entrance so you could see the lock to open the doors. Driveway was a little challenging as it was in the middle of the winter and was very icy. Maybe consider paving it.

This is a lovely old house with quaint New England vibe. Our room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous. 3 courses of delicious and healthy food. The innkeeper checked on food allergies and dislikes the night we arrived to be sure we would enjoy our breakfast. We walked into town for dinner.

The house and grounds were lovely as was our host. Beautiful, quiet setting close to the center of town. Breakfast was good, especially the fruit and yogurt.

The Berwick room is very small without even a place to sit on other than the bed. The bathroom could use some work. The light in the shower didn’t come on. There were no bathrobes. I think it was a little overpriced because of these factors.

This B&B is utterly charming and picturesque New England. It's a short walk to main street, so we didn't have to drive for dinner or shopping in town. The hosts are very welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and the room was cozy. I loved the fireplace and books along the mantle, as well as the wine glasses and other personal touches. Really nice stay!

The room was well appointed and very comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Several courses served. All freshly made. We felt pampered. The server was very friendly. The owner really wanted us to feel comfortable and at ease in her home.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast just a short walk from the centre of Kennebunkport. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast delicious. All the staff were extremely helpful, a friendly setting which meant we could have a chat with other guests during breakfast. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone staying in this location.

Off the beaten path, but close enough to walk to town easily. Free parking and wifi, lovely breakfast included. Beautiful room! I would like the shower in my home!

Bed wS way too soft for my back. Ended up sleeping on the loveseat the second night.

It's taken me a while before writing this review because I needed to do do this place justice - we had an excellent stay. The location, grounds, rooms, hosts, and of course breakfast were all wonderful.

There was really nothing we didn't like.

Everything! The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were incredible, and they were able to cater for my dietary needs. Julianna and her husband were lovely hosts.

The 1802 house is warm, inviting, and comfortable. It’s about 1/2 mile from restaurants and shops so the convenience is a plus.

The property itself is perfect but if you’re used to large hotel or inn rooms, our room was a bit small but that didn’t stop us from completely enjoying our stay.
