Location was great as we have a son in hospital just across the road,was perfect, and easily accessible, used the hot tub one time during my stay,but was happy to see it up an running and clean,as was the pool,we have Ben there for 4 days now,went home for a day and will be needing another room for another 3-4 days maybe longer,would love to see a bit more discounts for longer stays as well as discount for hospital stays,if you staying there due to a loved one being in hospital you have enough worries, so a good discount would be great for family's, breakfast was very good,was happy and full when we left for the day,thanks Drury for a great stay,hope.my next is the same or better,staff was friendly and courteous.

It was better than I imagined! The kids had fun, I enjoyed the hottub, the pool was really cool! The food was pretty good as well and the price was exceptional for everything you get. It was CLEAN! The bathroom was super clean which I loved! As a mom with a special needs toddler who doesn’t understand gross stuff, it was nice to know if she crawled on the floor or played while I showered she was in a clean space. 🙂

The mattresses were kind of sunken in in the middle and could probably be replaced, but they were still comfy enough. The mini fridge didn’t seem to keep everything as cold as it should but it stayed cold enough. Maybe I should have looked at the settings and dialed it to be colder. Overall it would not impact my stay as not everything can be perfect.

The location felt safe and there is adequate parking. There is never a long wait at the front desk and check in and check out were fast! This is the quietest full hotel I have ever experienced. A team of some sports people were there and a bunch of people were there for an NFL game and I heard nothing from the rooms adjacent to mine the whole time I was there. Everything is very clean and the staff is very nice. The breakfast and dinner/drinks offered makes this an incredible value.

The dinners are pretty bland but the value is amazing and you get three free drinks with dinner.

The place was clean. The water pressure was great and i really liked the shower. The room was quiet. Breakfast was pretty good. Would definitely stay again. The beds were comfy and clean. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed ourselves!

Got jacuzzi suite, and the jacuzzi jets looked dingy. My husband soaked in the tub but didn't use jets. There was no guide on TV and no streaming, but it was fine. Reminded us of the "old days."

People were great and accommodating. I like the location of the expressway but a fair amount of construction going on in the area. Also, they were down to one elevator which made it a little more challenging, but the staff at the front desk put use only one floor up and very close to the stairs and that was great. We ended up using the stairs for pretty much everything once we got the luggage up the elevator. Breakfast was great dinner was great and so we're the drinks for happy hour.

The absolute "no smoking" signs everywhere. Even OUTSIDE near the pool. The other Drury hotel in Carmel, Indiana at least has a sitting area (15 or so feet of the entrance) designated for consideration of smokers, (with benches upon to sit) without me having to sit near or on the curb near the ground in odd separation just to smoke a cigarrette.outside. especially at dark, to have to sit in an outlying area to smoke felt very unsafe (it's for this reason I will be staying at the Carmel Location nearby tonight instead of going back to the Shadeland Ave location. )

Exceptional staff—friendly, courteous, informative. Spotlessly clean throughout hotel. Comfy bed, blackout curtains, plenty of storage, hot water, great shower water pressure. Felt safe. Also, right next to Community Heart & Cardiovascular Hospital, which was very handy as my brother was a patient there. Typical hot and cold breakfast choices. Had “comfort food” fruit and mixed leafy greens for 5:30 kickback meal.

Does cater to large groups—a young teenage sports team and tour buses were there. That means the dining area, although quite large, got crowded and noisy (three days out of the seven I was there).

I like that the whole staff that I encountered was very friendly, smiled, and was very welcoming. They made my family feel like they already knew us. I also liked that we had free breakfast, that was very good and had a great variety of choices. I liked that they offered free dinner as well, with free complimentary drinks, which I was very surprised by. Last but not least, my housekeeper, Jessica, had our room very clean. Nothing was out of place, and nothing was dusty in the room. I was very pleased with her. I was able to meet her the next day and she was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. I asked her for clean towels and toilet paper. Without no hesitation and with a smile, she handed me everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to EVERYONE that's looking for a clean, relaxing soft bed, free breakfast and dinner, and a friendly staff, this is the place to go 🤩

Breakfast was awesome and they adjusted the Sunday time to meet our large group's (3 bus loads) timeline/schedule (starting hot food one hour sooner). So VERY thankful!!. Exceptionally clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

Location/interstate was under construction making our daily commute longer than we had expected. The pool was closed for maintenance, so I was unable to do my Physical Therapy water exercises for my broken ankle.

Clean for the most part. Hot breakfast and supper. Hotel room was super comfortable and clean. There is a Red Robbins next door, so that is an option for food if you’d like something other than what the hotel is serving or if you get there too late.

Even though the property was clean, the smell of marijuana was pretty strong on our floor as well as in the elevator. Lots of children that weren’t being supervised… which created a very loud and semi-chaotic atmosphere. I also didn’t care for supper being done at 7. My fiancé and I had a super early start to our morning and got back in the afternoon and went to bed. By the time we woke up, supper was done being served at 7PM sharp.
