The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, right next to La Croisette – everything is within walking distance, which was very convenient. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and fresh options. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a small kitchen equipped with a stove and everything needed for cooking, which was a great bonus.

However, there are a few downsides. If you book a standard room without a terrace, the windows face the street, and it was a bit noisy due to nearby roadwork and traffic. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the toilet is placed quite close to the wall, which might be inconvenient for larger guests.

Everything was perfect, thanks to the exceptionally kind staff. Claudia at reception went above and beyond to help with everything I needed, and David at breakfast offered a wonderfully personal approach—remembering our orders, paying great attention to detail, and always ensuring our table had everything we wanted, from fresh fruit to coffee and bread. I haven’t experienced this level of customer care and attentiveness in a very long time.

Great hotel, close to the beach and the city center. Lovely pool, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The hot tub and large terrace in the bridal suite are definite pluses.

A few small issues (empty shower soap dispenser, lost restaurant order, bathroom handle loose) were quickly fixed, but could have been avoided. Nothing too disruptive, just minor details. The pool was often crowded with noisy kids.

Loved the location as the hotel was just off the main Cannes Croisette. The hotel was clean, with great functioning air conditioning (an essential element in the 30 plus degree setting in July/August), a lovely, well-kept pool area, comfortable rooms, a fantastic breakfast and warm, friendly staff.

There was little life about the small hotel bar at night had you have wanted to have a drink in the coolness of the hotel. The hotel could do with a little bit of redecoration, both inside and out.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely accommodation. 2 bed suite perfect for a family. Second bedroom is smallish but rest of accommodation is very spacious so no issue for us, even though our children are older teens. Great outdoor space and useful kitchen corner.

Only slight issue is that the lift to 6th floor was out of order. Not an issue for us as we just used the stairs but could be if with small children or have mobility issues.

Good apparthotel in central Cannes. Nice pool-area with a pool-bar. Private parking garage. (19eur/day) Nice staff. We did not try the breakfast.

Uncomfortable pillows. Very poorly equipped kitchen, which is a minus for me when I rent an appartment. I expect to be able to cook properly

Location was brilliant . Clean Having the small kitchenette was great to make drinks, small snacks etc and having the fridge was really good. Pool was also a bonus and the pool bar. Bed very comfortable. Room serviced every day.

Pool area was not serviced very well. People constantly leaving towels on beds that weren’t there, so difficult to know where to sit. People awful at leaving litter around. Not much seating by pool bar. bar area is just an add on by the door rather than a relaxing space to have an evening drink. Expensive but good value considering price of other properties in the area. Room could have been a bit bigger.

Good location just off the main front. Easy access to shops beech and train station for a fraction of the price of the main frontline hotels.

Did require renovations in places, nothing that would stop us staying again. The poolside bar not great, not ideally positioned and looked a bit run down.
