The other place we booked they cancelled the reservation less than 24 hours before arrival.The place is called 2 Cosy apartment Cannes.Stay away from it .It a trap. We found the Festival hotel they offered a good big room all was clean and cosy .The reception staff very kind and welcoming Le festival hotel saved our trip . Their location is great 500 m from La croissette and the beach

Rooms in very good condition, size was perfect even the bathroom. Internet worked perfectly. Sheets and Towels almost new, bed very comfortable. Room very clean and even in a central location, the street is quiet and room very well isolated (we stayed in the first floor). Air conditioning not only in the room worked perfectly but also in the reception of the hotel, so, you arrive in the middle of the summer heat, and entering the hotel is like paradise! Service and reception was perfect, so so kind, we were recommended by them to go to the Île Ste Margarite, and we did it, probably the best day in Cannes, is a must go if you want to see more nature and tranquility, and even if the beach is a bit rocky, water is far better than in Cannes. We would definitely come back to this hotel!

Loved this quirky hotel. Room was colourful, bright & spotless clean. The location is great! Right in the heart of city centre but 5 min walk to the beach. Shopping, restaurants,cafes & bars right on the doorstep. The staff are wonderful also. So friendly & helpful. Will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel did honestly speaking exeeded my expectations being a 3*-hotel. The staff with the manageress Ms Odile are simply outstanding and I would highly recommend this hotel any time.

Great location! And very clean facilities. I had a lovely spacious room and a big bed and a big bathroom. The staff are all so friendly and helpful at making my stay comfortable. The receptionist helped me with tours and gave me advice on what to do.

Nothing everything was good

great location, close to the beach, shops and attractions, not far from the train station. Clean, good thick curtains, good linen, huge bathroom, everything is great.

There was no internet connection on the night I stayed. There was internet issue so that I could not connect to WiFi , had to use my phone data

Breakfast was really really good. Good price. And really nice that is in the room. They come with all in a tray. Very nice

Honestly nothing. Maybe just that the hotel have no private parking. But the public one is very close (50 mt) and underground so really safe.

Very service minded, genuin. This hotel I can highly recommend. Good location, and they served a continental breakfast at your room. Very satisfying 😌 q
