Location, simplicity, full bamboo architecture of rooms, eco friendly. Staff and managements are particularly nice and caring. They made us feel really welcomed and it’s seemed natural and not overdone. Rooms by the water are made of bamboo and really by the water. If you want a resort but you are a bit tight on budget, this is the place (the one next door has better amenities and food but is way more expensive). Tour of Komodo islands, manta ray etc was nicely organized and staff again there was amazing and helpful and made it a pleasure to spend the day touring with them. Also snorkeling equipment was of very good quality.

Food is not great and private transport from Labuan Bajo (no hotel free shuttle after 2 pm) is a scam at 3 million idr (180 usd), for a 15-20 month boat ride.

- perfect spot, especially during low season - we were bumped up to a nicer bungalow!! - free snorkeling gear with the nicest corals, free canoe and free SUP - just make sure to check the best hours for everything! - our airline lost our suitcases and they did their best to recover it, we had them the day after and they made sure the driver went to the airport to fetch them, so great - Andre was the nicest person, he made our stay so much more comfortable!!!

- good to know that there are barely any boats from the island to Labuan Bajo! Private boats take 45 min and cost almost 90€ which is too much in our opinion but we had no other way to get to Labuan Bajo, so we had to pay it twice :( - the free breakfast is not the best, the really delicious things cost extra.

We had expectations regarding the value for money of the resort, which motivated our choice, especially compared to its direct competitors, and these expectations were far exceeded. This was due to the design of the space, the maintenance of the facilities, and the diversity of the services provided, all of undeniable quality. There is a clear attention to detail to ensure that the customer is at the center of the service experience and enjoys a stay that is as complete and restful as possible, demonstrating evident care in planning everything to guarantee an unforgettable customer experience.

Extraordinary location, nestled on its own beach, with beachside bungalows only steps from the sand. Enthusiastic water sports activities (thank you Elias!). Beautiful to hang out on the wharf bungalows along the jetty and around the infinity pool. Lovely staff.

I know, I know - it says “no Wi-Fi or phone” but it really would be nice to have. Or at least communication with reception/restaurant from your room. Food (and restaurant staff) were all great but we did miss the option of having wine with meals.

Our stay at this hotel made our trip to Indonesia truly unforgettable. My mom and I stayed for a total of four nights—we even extended our stay because we loved it so much! The hotel is stunning, from the rooms to the pool area, beach, and dining facilities. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly, making us feel right at home. I had sustained a burn on my leg before arriving, and the staff were incredibly caring. They frequently checked on my injury and even provided fresh aloe vera leaves daily to help with healing. They also organized a day trip to Komodo Island for us, which was an incredible experience. The snorkeling nearby was also incredible! We met many wonderful people at the hotel and made new friends. I highly recommend this place!

The healthy non-fried options were limited. Not all staff speaks English which was a bit frustrating at times.

take note that the seraya is on an island about 30mins from the mainland. as you arrive you will notice how beautiful the island the resort is. firstly, the villas are amazing, super clean, comfy and is well protected from mosquitoes and the heat. the facilities are amazing, you can kayak and snorkel from outside your door. also, the food, while sometimes is limited on account of them having to bring everything over from the mainland is really good. highly recommend the fish of the day and the prawns, together with the trio of sambal seraya, it’s really good! staff are really polite and accommodating and made the stay that much better!

some say it’s more expensive than the mainland which is fair to the seraya considering they have to bring all the supplies from the mainland but all prices are displayed transparently so i’m not sure what folks are complaining about.

The place is top for one main reason: the reef you have just in front of the hotel. The quality of the snorkeling is just insane. Bring with you a long levees scuba shirt because its full of small and picky jellyfish, particular some times of the day. Nothing major, just annoying. People at the restaurant and providing service are very nice. Good quality restaurant. Bungalows are big with comfy beds and open air bathroom.

Rooms are nice with open air bathrooms, but sheets had stains, although it was clear they were cleaned. Not exactly what you expect when you pay 230 euros (in Indonesia!)

Wonderful resort in private island. I really enjoyed time here in Beach front villa, it has everything you need (including mosquito repellent). On my stay I didn't see any mosquito. There are plenty activities : SUP, kayaks, snorkelling, hammocks on the sea. There is an opportunity to visit fishermans village too. Amazing reef in front of the hotel. Tasty food in the restaurant, wide selection of food options. Exceptional hospitality, friendly staff. Special thanks to hotel manager from Bali for hospitality , and to Albert for organizing nice kayak trip to another island.

The whole experience was great! The boat ride from Labuan Bajo was super smooth and the staff is super nice! The island is amazing and there is so much coral to explore. They also have nice snorkeling gear that is available at all times. The restaurant is very nice, the rooms are cozy and there a lots of areas where you can chill.

We stayed for 5 days and we found that the food offer was a bit limited, especially becase there's no other place where to eat apart from the restaurant. There's a small village on the island, but there's nothing there. Additionally, we took an excursion, which included visiting a cave and going snorkeling to a close by island, however, we found the price for the boat alone a bit high.

Beautiful property with beautiful rooms and buildings. I loved that SUP, snorkel gear and kayaks were included. The reefs are amazing and easy to explore. Bungalows are well appointed and very comfortable with beautiful views. Crème brûlée is incredible!

Restaurant didn’t have a great selection for vegetarian options for me. Would like a veggie burger and more options without tofu or tempeh
