The location of the hotel is excellent - right on a hill with this beautiful view of the ocean, mountains and sunset. We watched the sunset every night from our balcony or the restaurant upstairs. Just stunning! The rooms were huge and clean. The hotel was only a 20 minute walk from the airport and about 30 minute walk from the town - only 5 minutes by motorbike. The food from the restaurant was really good as well - we got room service a lot because my partner caught the flu.

The staff gave us a contact number for a Komodo Tour which turned out to be dodgy - we think the contact was posing as a tour company but didn't actually work for them - we checked with the actual company and they said they didn't know about our booking or knew this persons contact number. The curtains in the room were a bit thin and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. But all minor in comparison to the rest of the experience

The staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately I had finally got to take a holiday and was excited to get there and relax by the pool however it was under construction and it should have been explained before booking. It was major construction, not just something simple like maintenance. That would have been nice to know prior to booking. Again, the Staff were absolutely helpful and professional.

The major construction going on directly in front of the hotel. They are currently in the process of building a Crown Plaza directly in front of Sunset Hill. Huge crains and a major job. If you are going with the intentions of relaxing you might take precautions that the major development happening directly in front of the hotel which will eventually block all of the views that they currently have which are absolutely amazing.

The view from our balcony is magnificent! The suite for my kids is really spacious with a really big balcony. Each room is really spacious and internet was great. There's also a van to transport you to the town but it would be better if we could have more than one van during our airport drop off. Daily housekeeping is also really great!

The only small issue is you have to hike up the stairs to get to the lobby. When we arrived there was no porter/bell boy to help us carry our bags. We had a lot of suitcases with us and travelling with kids was a bit of hassle due to this. I also feel the staircase is a bit steep as 2 of my friends did fell off the stairs. Other than that we are really happy to stay in this hotel.

This two star hotel is absolutely awesome, I cannot rate highly enough, it is punching way above its weight. Arguably boasting one of the best locations in Labuan Bajo the views from all parts of the hotel are spectacular. While the building is a bit dated it is well maintained, the rooms feel quite modern and are very clean, spacious and comfortable with views to die for from your bed or balcony. The roof top restaurant has the same awesome views a nice relaxed vibe and good food. The staff are so accommodating and friendly, they really go out of their way to help. The shuttle bus is awesome, they will basically pick you up and drop you off anywhere in town whenever you like. I’ve stayed in many hotels and resorts all over the world, many of them well known four and five star but this little old two star place is definitely a firm favourite and much more memorable than most.

The view was incredible and the room was extremely spacious, clean and attached to a massive and private balcony where we could watch the sunset. Staff were great and extremely helpful especially when organising the free shuttle for our departure. Room service was also great! Labuan Bajo is a small town, so catching a Grabbike was useful to get to the port and city centre. It is also great value for money considering the comfort we felt!

Sure there were stairs to get to the main lobby, but staff helped carry our suitcases up and back. We could access an elevator to enjoy the pool and restaurant upstairs.

The hotel is nothing fancy but my room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The rooftop pool / restaurant area is a great place to chill - not many hotels have pools in Labuan Bajo. The views & sunsets are exceptional. The most amazing sunset I have ever seen.

The rooms & food are a bit overpriced, but you are paying for the views. Soundproofing not the best - I would get woken up at 6:30am every morning by the sound of scrapping chairs on the roof above me from the restaurant staff setting up for breakfast. It's a little bit out of town but there is a free shuttle. It's also walkable. Overall I liked staying here, and would stay again.

There's a shuttle from the airport to hotel which is super convenient! The food at the hotel restaurant is so good and affordable & pair it with the view, insane!!! my room was so spacious and the heater works totally fine. It's a bit far from the centre but LBJ is small, rent a scooter and you will be in the centre in 6 mins. The sunset from my balcony remained one of the best memories I ever had.

Breathtaking million-dollar views from this perfectly located hotel in Labuan Bajo. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a spacious balcony overlooking the stunning Labuan Bajo coastline. The restaurant on the top floor served delicious food and has one of the best views in town. The hotel is away from the noise of the main shopping areas but still close enough to walk or drive to buy anything you need or take a boat trip from the harbour.

This hotel is somewhat dated, but it offers exceptional value for its two-star rating. The views from the room are absolutely stunning, making the price unbeatable. Its location is very convenient, close to the airport, and includes a free airport transfer service. The rooftop restaurant provides a spectacular view and serves great food. The staff were incredibly friendly and even stored our suitcase for free while we were on a 3D/2N Komodo boat tour. While the hotel itself might not be luxurious, I still recommend it for its excellent views and service. In my opinion, it’s perfect for a short stay before/after a Komodo trip.

The room was spacious but a bit shabby, and there was no mosquito net around the bed.

The view is lovely, amazing sunsets. The food in the restaurant was pretty good. The nasi campur and bruschetta were particularly good and the kopi. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was a nice feature. The view from the bedroom was lovely too. Very comfortable and clean. There’s a free shuttle to and from airport and every evening to take people for dinner and pick them up as a bit out of the main town, which is a nice touch. I walked into town (takes about 30 mins) and got a lift back with the shuttle. I enjoyed my stay here. It was a place I felt able to easily relax.

In my first room was nice but I couldn’t connect to wifi so they moved me the next day to a different room and the WiFi was better. It was a little noisy at times, other guests in the corridor or noise from reception but wasn’t an issue at night. I found it a bit too pricey as I found most of the accommodation in Flores to be.
