Stunning views, amazing staff, beautiful garden, best breakfast I’ve had in Bajo, and incredible pool. This place is so well decorated and laid out. We stayed in Villa Dua (2nd Villa which there are 2 connected and right next to each other but otherwise private). Villa 1 sleeps more but the rooms are smaller and living space is smaller because it has another bedroom. The open air style living area and kitchen are STUNNING. This is hands down the best place to stay in Bajo if you want privacy, amenities, and an amazing breakfast. It felt like a 5 star hotel for sure.

We stayed at Paradise Garage Komodo Villa for one night on August 20, 2023, right after my wedding in Bali. I was traveling with the groomsmen and bridesmaids who flew from Korea, all over Europe and the U.S. to Bali to be a part of our special day. We were picked up ON TIME by our host, Sari, with the biggest smile on her face (thank you for offering to pick us up, Mbak Sari! We appreciate you!). She graciously arranged two vans for us - one for the luggages and one for passengers. The villa was very close, less than 10 minutes away. Once we opened our front door, OH MY GOD the uninterrupted view of the Labuan Bajo port with a bonus of orange yolk-like sunset greeted all of us. Literally, all that we could say was, "OH MY GOD THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL". After a few minutes of pictures and little moments trying to soak in the beauty of this place, we were briefed about our breakfast choices for the next day. It was a wonderful selection of Indonesian or western breakfast, with fully-stocked fridge and coffee machine (the fruit basket was a lovely addition). Each room had its own bathroom, with large, comfy bed. Every corner of this villa, including the pool, exceeded our expectations and I honestly don't think the pictures online do the real place justice because it is 100x more beautiful in real life. We had a security guard which made us feel safe and following the check-in, Sari helped us arrange a different driver for our dinner at a restaurant nearby. She also gave us a little gift for our "honeymoon" and we cannot thank her enough for her hospitality. Everything was perfect and I really want to keep this place all to myself but of course I decided to take some time to write this very long review filled with nothing but praises because this place deserves it. Will definitely come back again!

I wish the light button for the pool was more visible - I just felt bad that we had to call the security guard at 10 pm to turn on the pool light for us. Sorry to bother you, sir!

Everything was Great! What can we ask more? The Villa is Awesome! Spacious, beautiful, nice furniture, very clean, and the best part is the gorgeous view from the balcony. Only few minutes drive from the Airport, but it is requires some walking up/down the hills to the main street. Bath towels and pool towels are provided, Coffee machine, tea (black/herbal), milk, orange juice, fruits are all set. All the staff are very friendly and their service level are very high. We had to leave the Villa very early in the morning to join the day tour, but they came in early and prepared breakfast for us, which was very generous. I would love to comeback again soon!

The water of the swimming pool was a bit cloudy, and the position of the towel hanger at the master bedroom shower was not well designed as it will get wet while taking a shampoo/soap.

Love the concept of the place. Huge double storey villa to cater for large groups with private pool overlooking the sunset view of the island. Amenities were well equipped with kitchen if you want to do some cooking for your group. Large living room with balcony to do activities with your group.

Not really a con for my group, just a warning, the view is great as it is atop of hill where you can see the town below. However be aware it is pretty secluded and not walking distance to shops. It is near airport though.

An incredible view from nearly all parts of the house. Great service of a nice, home-made breakfast at any time. Everything was immensely clean and gave the feeling of luxury. The staff was immensely friendly, and facilitated us in everything within our very variable holiday plannings.

The staff were incredibly friendly and flexible in picking us up and dropping off, and in providing breakfast. The house was idyllical - as beautiful as in the movies with the infinity pool with view on the tropical beach (as in the pictures). Everything was beautifully clean, luxurious, and cosy.

World class views and a huge lounge. We had a wonderful person (and cook) who produced top quality food. Coming back to this place after a hard day looking at dragons and turtles on amazing coral… well there are worse things you could do.

Not a lot to dislike. Might be clearer if it were advertised as two immediately adjacent villas with no privacy between the pool areas. But I didn’t care!

You have 7 rooms overall and can choose the ones you want and if you are not using all they will lock the rest. The house view is stunning, literally got us all speechless. Overall is super comfortable, cleaned daily and daily prepared breakfast.

It was all perfect

This place is exceptional! You get a fully furnished apartment with service as if you are in a hotel! The staff is very friendly. Stunning view in a calm neighbourhood and close to the airport.

The view was spectacular and the villa was spacious and comfortable for a large group. Tastefully decorated making it feel like home. The villa was clean and well maintained. Exceed my expectations in every way.
