Less washing machines and dryers to accommodate a lot of people in the hotel but it can improve little by little

The pool with children’s equipments was fantastic! Safety guards were on the pool sides and the beach and they were very friendly and helpful!

Foods in the buffet restaurant were normal. I wanted to eat more healthy food like fresh fruit and vegetables.

Everything was great. Staff members were nice and they were willing to provide any help to us. Breakfast was not bad. The Water park was excellent for our kids. I myself enjoyed a peaceful time at the beach. You should check out the beach to enjoy kayaking as well. If you have kids in particular, you should consider staying at PIC. I'd like to express special thanks to a manager, Ms. Long for her thoughtfulness. Thank you PIC for everything. My first trip to Guam was even better thanks to this place.

I really liked how friendly and attentive the staff was. Shout out to them! I upgraded my room to the main tower. It was more comfortable and newer. The view was gorgeous. The pool area was great!

I wished there were power sockets next to the bed. The water pressure was too strong and I ended up wetting the bathroom more than I liked.

It was clean and staff was friendly.

I didn't like that the Covid testing results was toward the water park. Everyone goes to the water park. They have a long line for people who is retrieving their results and some were coughing and sneezing. What if they are positive for Covid and they are out there in the public sneezing and coughing.

the front desk rushed us to check out giving us stressful minutes to cope up the 12n check out time. my booking says with bathrobe but none. i was not given the 10% local rate discount because front desk says i booked online.

So many things to do everybody was kind and helpful

Besides the room being so far from everything The everything was always worth it

We had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly and the water park was definitely our kids favorite. We ordered food rather than eat there because it was more budget friendly with our big family. Jamaican Grill was right across. So it was perfect since they had family pans. Staff ended up finding my finances wallet and called right away.

Room was well furnished and clean.

WiFi didn’t work. Not even a single time during 3 days.

Overall, the PIC was fun and the location was good, we recommend this resort for family fun. Also, the water activities are pretty good and the staff is awesome!

On the down side, parking was not so good, and as far as the rooms go, (we booked 3 rooms) in one of our rooms, the shower head shot water out erratically. Also, to no fault of the Resort or the staff, it rained a lot!
