Everything was great, we choose this hotel not the first time. Room was clean and spacious, where was all required eqiupment. We really like breakfast package, because you can choose when to eat, you don't need to wait till restaurant opens.

Restaurant downstairs was real pain in the ass, because they having some kind of party and playing music till late midnight, around 1AM. Room was noisy till that time and there was nothing we or hotel can do because there is no hotel staff in the hotel, only remote. Hotel staff asked restaurant to turn if of because hotel quitet time starts from 11PM but they ignored that..

It would have been perfect if breakfast options had been provided — otherwise, everything was great. The room was clean and bright. The hotel was also easy to find, and the location was very good: close enough to the city center, but not too close.

It was mentioned that I could reach the staff on their mobile phone via WhatsApp. I sent a message because I couldn't find the Wi-Fi, but I haven't received a response to this day

Everything was spotless, the continental breakfast in a mini fridge is so convenient and a smart way to do it. The contactless check in was really good. Clean, all the commodities.

The only issue I had was the mattress or the bed itself is missing some springs or support because I sleep like a letter U. The middle of my body was sinking in bed too much and was not that comfortable. Room was 302 maybe have a look at the mattress support under bed.

Good money for value, clean, breakfast - okay. Good location.

It's a bit tricky with the parking. The hotel has only 5 spots in front of it, on the main road. There are 3-4 more spots off the road, but I guess they could be taken by restaurant guests. I suppose on the busy dates, whoever comes last would have to pay and park away from the hotel. It's not a big issue, but it's something to keep in mind for future guests.

Bedroom and bathroom modern, extremely clean, hotel itself is very modern, liked bathroom heating floor, nice mattress, good furniture setting.

Self check in system is complicated as we didn't receive self check in details before arrival, we had to ring to the host. When the room number was provided and we were in the hotel room, lady came unlocked our room and came in - appeared misunderstanding as mixed clients. The lady had to ring to the host and she was accommodated in a different room. Could be better heating system in the room as it was no heating and no blanket. No breakfast provided within 2 days although it states it is breakfast possibility.

Hotel a bit farther from the city center, but not too bad who likes walking. Room was clean , mattresses was comfortable, we found everything in the bathroom, nice to find toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving crème and the razor. Good to find a coffee maker and coffee in the room. The hotel have a charging statki for the electric cars and it worked .

Pillows should be replaced. I stayed in the business room and I think the working table must be in the room.

Very nice and clean hotel within 10-15min walking from the city center of Kleipeda. Although there's limited free parking (about 7 parking spots) we had no problems finding s spot. I saw parking also around the hotel. The room was very clean and exactly how described in the pictures. There was no breakfast offered while we stayed (and we didn't book it beforehand). I would definitely stay here again as the price/value is very very good.

Good location, easy access, all necessary things available (coffee, water, slippers & robes). Bathroom equipped with speakers.

Overall seemed a bit worn out. From one missing lamp in the room to tapped up bathroom. It's nice that rooms cleaned every day but did not look clean other than made bed. It was way too hot in the room.

Very clean, light, spacious and well-equipped oom, loved it. Perfect location to explore the old town and promenade. Easy check in.

When you get the message with check-in info, there is a whatsapp nr provided for any questions, however, when I sent the question about the parking, I did not get any answer.

We found everything we needed for our stay! Really recommend it.

Air conditioner was not working. Staff came to help to turn it on but it didn’t work either. I think it’s broken. The room was hot without it.
