high ceilings, liked room has a separated space for the living room, everything was clean and AC worked well even with the storm. Food was good, service was really attentive, Wesly and Carlos really made it with the 5 start service, they have different activities such a bingo (my husband and I won both a wine a champagne as the prizes) and biking and also some archery, was calm and relaxed

place its kinda small, its within a complex so at times it did not felt like a resort, has a pool that it's next to a nest where some bird poop often lands (we just moved to the other pool), cocktails were totally 5/10 but i guess they tried to and definitely got me with some good drinks that i did enjoy

The staff was outstanding, knowledgeable, kind, attentive, on point, practical, friendly and professional.

The only thing I found they need to improve was that the walk-in bathroom shower only had one side door, so there was no way to close it and therefore some water reached the floor and therefore there was always a small puddle of water and there wasn't any mop tool to wipe it, on the other hand, the maidens were attentive and cleaned it themselves. Other than that, everything was near perfect for a decent and affordable stay.

The staff and their service was great I did not learn everyone names, but everyone did knew mine and treated my great, while the pool was not that big since there was really few people it felt like a huge private pool Honestly felt like I had the hotel almost for myself.

Not sure if I'm misremembering but before the pools at hotel were always cool, but lately no matter where or when I go they are hot still way better than being hot outside the pools, the room had 2 ac and the one on the living was. able to keep running but the one on the beds did not, food was kinda meh.

The place was very clean the staffwas very attentive to all my family needs.

The fact that we had to $250.00 extra in order to take pictures in the resort because we came with a professional photographer to take pictures at the resort because we celebrating my daughters Quincenera.

It didnt bother me but theres no beach at the resort but they offer a shuttle service to the beach so thats also no real problem.

The food selection was just ok... Food was better last year... Facility needs more staff.. Dining room was messy with plates needing to be removed..

This is my second time staying at this resort and I felt that this time was better than the first. Although I was only there for two nights, it was just as amazing I put down that my husband and I were celebrating our three year wedding anniversary and his birthday while we were there. When we walked into the room, there were balloons in our room and put rose petals on the bed in the shape of a heart. They even brought us fruits and champagne to celebrate. it was just great that this was done for us. We had a beautiful room with a poolside view, you have hot water, and the on-site festivities for Christmas were just so cute

resort exceed my expectations, clean, excellent services, clean pool and restaurant facilities, personal service very friendly, ill be back as soon as posible.

Food and drinks in general were very good. They could have more variety on the food, but the selection they had was enough. I think the best part was the staff, specially Ramon at the lobby.

This is a hotel to have a nice rest, so, if you're looking for 24/7 party you may want to consider another option.

Great all inclusive, good value for money.

1.Long wait time for check in. 2.Did'nt like the part where they try to sell Elite membership, they first introduce it like an opportunity to see there other property then try to sell you.. it comes off passive aggressive to me ..and make you feel like you should feel guilty for saying no..."messing up the biggest opportunity" dnt like it.
