I can’t say enough good things about Casa Ananda Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a lovely view of the pool. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, especially Sina, one of the managers. She was incredibly attentive and made sure every special request we had was taken care of seamlessly. The hotel’s restaurant, set right on the beach, was a highlight for us. Having breakfast each morning with that stunning ocean view was the perfect way to start the day. This place truly has it all—warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and a genuine commitment to making sure guests are happy. Thank you, Casa Ananda, for an unforgettable stay. Already counting down to my next visit in just two months!

Everything was perfect to be honest. Room was lovely and comfortable, and cleaned regularly with mosquito spraying every night as well. Location could not have been any better - we could go down to the beach in our costumes, without shoes or towels needed as it was that close! The water to wash our feet before we reentered the hotel premises was also a great additional thought. All the staff were incredibly accommodating, the manager even arranged a new room for us to use on our final day as we were flying out much later than the check out time. Would recommend to anyone looking for relaxing beachfront accommodation.

Where do I start with this review?! 😀 There was nothing we didn’t like about Casa Ananda. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted by the most lovely staff who were helpful and accommodating. Our room was perfect, exceptionally clean and looked exactly like the photos. The rooms were cleaned every day, which is ideal because you bring a lot of sand home with you! 😅 The pool is great with plenty of loungers and they provide towels and you get the sun until 4pm which is perfect, there is also a second pool you can use across the road. The food is lovely with a perfect breakfast with fresh fruit, juice, coffee, eggs and lots of baked goods. You’re greeted every morning with a smile which makes your day. It was my friends birthday when we were staying, and the staff came out and sang to her (all 20 staff!) it was amazing. The beach is beautiful and there are lots of restaurants to choose from, and also lots of activities such as water sports, and 2 very good gyms too in the area. Honestly we don’t have a bad thing to stay about our whole experience. Special mention to Abdul who is the hotel manager, he was incredible from day one and could not do enough for us. Maggie at reception was also a delight to speak with every morning, she was so lovely. That being said, all of the staff were amazing. The security team made us feel so safe during our stay (even though the area is plenty safe enough, knowing they are there 24/7 is an added bonus). We can’t wait to come back. We feel as if we made friends for life at Casa Ananda! 🥰🇹🇿🌺

Casa Ananda is situated right on the beach which is really convenient. Majority of staff were really nice, especially many thanks to Sina and Amon. Room was cleaned twice a day, bed was super comfortable. The restaurant Hello Capitano served really nice food. Regular power cuts are normal in Zanzibar so that wasn't a problem at all, and all was always resolved quite fast anyway. Thank you for all your care, I will definitely be back. In fact going again in June, so definitely see you then.

My sister and I stayed at the Casa Ananda Boutique Hotel and it was just beautiful! The room was exactly as pictured and surrounded a gorgeous pool. Just a 1 minute walk and you will get to the hotel restaurant where breakfast is served and the food there is delicious (we ate there a few nights). The restaurant overlooks the beach and it is so peaceful to watch both the sunrise and sunset. I would definitely stay again!

There was really nothing not to like! Two only small things is we had to ask to get our room cleaned and the hot water for the showers sometimes only stayed warm for a short period of time. But truthfully, such a beautiful hotel!

Amazing hotel experience. In the perfect location of Paje village - the stunning beach and breakfast place is 1min walk, while the village life is happening right across the hotel premises. The hotel area is very beautiful, including the pool and the room itself - a real holiday getaway vibe. While you are in a buzzy village, inside the hotel premises it feels very remote, quiet and relaxing. The air conditioner worked perfectly, Wi-Fi was decent, the electricity outages lasted very shortly since the hotel has the generators. The room was cleaned twice a day, incl. the spraying from mousquitos. There are some local souvenirs shops around and slightly bigger markets to buy food 10min walk. Many good restaurants are minutes walk on the beach coast. Last but not least, the hotel staff is friendly, welcoming, and allowing you to enjoy the space. There is a security guard presmising the area almost all the times.

A really nice location! The part that we stayed in was beautiful and very well made. The staff was super friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. We also really liked the food at Hello Capitano!

The bed was super squeaky, as soon as one of us moved during the night the other one woke up. On top of that the room was not very soundproof whereas we were a bit disturbed by other guest around 1-2pm in the night.

The room I was staying was designed just to soothe my heart🥰 I fell in love with every single detail about it. Directly by the pool and quite. I truly enjoyed my stay and i enjoyed so much having my photo shoot session at the location 🥰 I highly recommend this place. I definitely will be going back here on my next vacation 🥰

I have been in zanzibar already a few times before but Casa Ananda has exceeded all our expectations. The zanzibar vibes in this place, the colors and the pool is just amazing. The place has 6 rooms and plenty of space inside the rooms and even around the pool. The breakfast is just incredible and it's served at Hello Capitano restaurant directly on the Beach. Recommended 1000% will come back for sure

We were completely satisfied with everything during our stay. The food and drinks were excellent, the rooms were spotless, and every single staff member was kind and helpful. I would like to especially highlight the two receptionists, Sumayyah and Glory, for their outstanding service. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
