I've stayed here numerous times. Like the location.... convenient and off the main drag. Very clean, very nice staff, great bed, coffee bar, snack bar. Like the mini fridge and microwave if needed. Some good restaurants nearby help too. Very good hotel overall.

As I'm a senior I wonder if I paid the highest rate? $200 a night is up there for this level hotel/ location. No question asked on Booking site, or at check in whether I'm AARP, etc. Second, you can't be out of Diet Coke for the whole stay. Lastly, if I'm paying 200 a night, breakfast should be included....or at least a continental offering. I'm nit picking a bit, but you asked.... I'll be back.

Property was very clean, had staff working and cleaning all day. Location was perfect. Felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The first morning we had an awesome waitress. The second and third day the older lady was not very nice or accommodating. Front desk and cleaning staff were super friendly. The room was very comfortable.

Was a little dated and we were very sad that the pool area was under construction. Also sad that the gym wasn’t 24 hours.

We stayed at this hotel because y’all had an inside pool… was traveling for my baby bday and we were very disappointed that y’all inside pool was not heated… pool was so cold they didn’t even get to swim… which messed up my baby whole birthday celebration… probably would choose a different hotel if we had known before arrival… if I’m not mistaken it’s says heated on yall website!

It was a great stay all around.

The lady taking our breakfast order was rude both mornings to my husband and I. Her attitude was giving off like she didn’t want us to order breakfast. She kept saying we’re not on the list for free breakfast even though we showed her on the app where we paid for free breakfast.

The best thing I liked and appreciated was that I requested a 1st floor room and a a 1st floor room was provided to me. The staff was exceptionally friendly! I would most definitely stay there again! *****

Good hotel in the northern Birmingham area, safe and quiet. Friendly and dedicated staff, excellent "a la carte" breakfast. the bedroom was correct and clean.

the "a la carte" breakfast does not allow to go quickly. you have to order and then to wait for your meal. not fully adapted for business travelers. expensive....

Thought breakfast was included, but it was not.
