Big spacious rooms, very clean bathroom! Newly resurfaced tub! Customer service was great, very friendly, smiley, courteous ladies at front desk. The location is really close to the 5 freeway entrance & exit. A little older furniture in rooms, had micro & fridge. The fridge's freezer worked great! Rooms were clean inside!

People upstairs from us were from hell! They were loud, stomping on the floor & arguing at seriously 3am - about 4:30am. I did complain to the front desk, which I believe the hotel worker did go to their door & the people above us would not open the door for the hotel worker? The hotel worker knocked a lot of times on their door & the people knocked back on the other side of the door, like taunting. These bad people were some kind of horrible creatures from hell.

While my stay at the Vagabond Inn Buttonwillow North I-5 was largely positive, it's important to note a couple of aspects that might affect some guests. Basic room but it was all we needed to break up a long drive down I-5. Delicious fresh waffles for breakfast in the morning along with milk, orange juice, coffee, and cereal. Small indoor seating area for breakfast as well as nice outdoor covered patio seating. We had a great dinner at nearby Taste of India the night before. Would stay here again if needed!

I needed to stay another night I was able to stay in the same room! Thankyou to Stephanie the manager! This amazing staff is awesome including house keepers who always greet me and engage in conversation staff treats me like family. Travel stops near by, food truck and eatery in walking distance with easy Free way access to 5 and 99 Thankyou Vagabond staff 💕

The office women and even the cleaning ladies said hello with a smile.. a friendly place .

the flies billions of them, and 100 in our room, at night the flies stayed in place, daylight, all fling around. I drove 20 miles to buy a bug boom and set is off and went shopping and lunch.. returned,, wife was happy with all the dead fly . need a leaf blower to send them out the open door.. I am a country man and I was OK with it all .

The staff was very kind and very helpful. The rooms were clean and not only had a microwave but it also had a fridge which was quite nice. They also offered breakfast with a variety of choices and the waffles were very good.

Although the rooms were very clean, there were quite a few holes in one of the bedspreads in our room.

Exceptional guest service! Stephanie the manager and Stephanie the front desk agent provided me with poolside accommodations comfy room and the breakfast was delicious! Waffles cereal coffee or hot cocoa Thankyou vagabond staff 💕 your amazing!

The staff is amazing Stephanie and Jorge, and Shannon the front desk agents are amazing! The Front office manager is incredibly professional and friendly! I love this hotel it's my home away from home! Thankyou for always making sure I'm comfortable and feel at home!

This is a great stop over if you're tired of I-5 monotone drive and need a little rest. The place is clean, comfortable, they offer a good breakfast and the staff is helpful and friendly.
