The staff beyond doubt made our stay very enjoyable. Rooms were spacious, we had a superior double whilst my daughter, son in law and granddaughter had the family room which was massive. The walk-in shower and free standing bath gave a touch of luxury. The pool was excellent. The surrounding vegetation with bushes tree vines etc was a brilliant touch as it made us feel far from the city. Food was again satisfying and good quality.

Bathroom's need a bit of a refresher. This doesn't mean that they were not clean rather it was the decoration. Couple of gecko visits with a few deposits did detract somewhat. All rooms had a secondary bolt lock to the door. Not something you would give a thought to until your 3 year old locks themselves in. Staff and owner responded immediately and fortunately said granddaughter managed to unlock the door. Please do not take this as a negative but if you do have a young child staying then ask the staff to cover the bolt which they did in this case after the event.

The room was very comfortable with good air. Bathroom was a very good size and there was a bath and shower. The pool was just lovely although in the sun for most of the day. Restaurant food was very good . Breakfast also had excellent choices. Staff very helpful.

The location is a bit away from the centre and not easy to walk to a cafe etc. but only $1 tuk tuk ride to the centre - There were community funerals etc that we could hear but that was part of being in Cambodia - and also we could hardly hear that in our room

The setting of the hotel is lovely. Down a green lined alley, out of the noise of the street. All the staff were lovely especially the Receptionist who was super helpful. The breakfast you choose according to your requirements and it was good. Breakfast service was very friendly and nothing too much trouble. The pool was very clean and well presented

The steps to the top floor are steep and dangerous. The staff managed all our luggage for us but be aware of this if you have any mobility issues. Also the door on our room scraped on the floor, so it would have disturbed neighbours either side or downstairs from us. We were ok to walk into town but it’s about a 15 minute walk, and flat but not an easy walk

Really nice tropical garden with a clean pool, overall cleanliness, good breakfast (choice of different a la carte breakfasts), spacy room, friendly staff.

Really noisy in the morning due to construction on the property starting 7:30 am. We would have stayed longer without this small but annoying circumstance. The property itself was way smaller than it looked on the pictures which were taken with ultra wide angle lens. Price a little on the high side but we knew this before we booked.

The flora and fauna in this hotel give it a wonderful feel. The restaurant is lovely as well with great food in a good environment. I would say that this is one of the best places to stay in Battambang.

Battambang itself has seen better times and the street the hotel is in is not great. But there are lovely tours of the surrounding area that are very worthwhile and I am pleased that I came here and also that I chose this hotel

A very beautiful oasis to come back to each day. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The bed was lovely, firm and comfortable and facilities good. The pool was a real treat, and beautifully clean. The breakfasts gave a good choice and very tasty. Easy walking distance to town.

Only thing that could be improved would be the tv having better reception. Was hard to watch.

We paid around 30 Eur for 1 night, so the price was very good for the quality of the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were of good size, clean and comfy.

The breakfast is very poor.You have to choose from a menu, but there is hardly anything to choose from. I had a scrambled egg that was pretty plain and came with 2 thin slices of rather hard tomato. The dish was complemented with a plate of 2 toasts and 2 pieces of baguette, but they didn’t look inviting or taste good. Given there was hardly anything else to choose from on the menu, my girlfriend went for a plate of freshly cooked bread and jams, so she got the same plate of 2 toasts and 2 pieces of baguette that I got as complimentary to my eggs. Jam and butter were from a small plastic container that you get in the cheapest B&B. We had dinner in the same restaurant the night before and if it was not for the bottle of wine, we would have been very disappointed.

I needed an extra night to stay in Battambang and chose this hotel. It is a little distance from most things, though if you like quaint hotels, this is one. The room was a nice size, though the bed was a little hard for me. The pool and food were great. I would definitely stay there again

The distance from any good restaurants or anything. Though it easy to get a tuk tuk to anywhere for a reasonable price

Hidden in an alley lies this little gem. Beautyful complex, very nice staff. They help you with anything you want. The room and the bathroom are spacious. Good shower, though mixing till the right temperature is a bit diffucult. Bed is very hard, but I guess that's everywhere in Cambodia. There is a restaurant on premise, serving good food all day. Breakfast is great, choice from different styles.

Nice rooms, good air-conditioning and lovely pool.area. breakfast was also good.

Renovation works happening which we were not informed about before hand. This meant early wake up calls with drilling. Hotel stated it had bikes for use but only one available which had one pedal missing and only one functioning brake.
