This casual resort is a very quick drive from GOI, (Dabolim) one of Goa's two airports. Surprisingly, I didn't really notice a lot of plane noise. Equidistant to the beach in one direction and the village in the other,  the approximate 1 km walk  would have been too hard for me. The hotel recommended the most patient and gracious driver Mr Tanaji, a gem, take note! As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and welcome. The staff is friendly and helpful. Google translate is a perfect tool to help with communication bumps, but everyone's English was a lot better than my Hindi.  The atmosphere is summer camping holiday, it is very colorful, there are two friendly dogs, several cats, some turtles and a large aquarium. Families will feel at home here, there are toys everywhere. On the grounds you will find a covered seating area, a swimming pool, a garden with tables and an indoor dining room staffed by a very talented team. My butter chicken rivaled the best restaurant in Amritsar! I was given a nice room on the ground floor as requested:comfy bed, good water pressure, excellent AC and fan, fine Wifi. Drinking water and a kettle with instant coffee packets were also provided. No complaints.

Good location from the airport. Room was nice, big and clean with all the facilities you need. Lovely staff. Very helpful upon arrival and when we left Anita recommended so many things to do in Goa which helped us a lot. Would highly recommend this stay

We arrived at 4am and there was someone to let us in. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, perfect for much needed rest from the late flight in. Good chai and coffee. Small breakfast that hit the spot. We were allowed to hang out by the pool after checkout until our taxi arrived, which was nice too.

Don't expect any stars. The facilities are basic , options limited and I wouldn't choose it for my honeymoon, but the price is spot on for it. Also, international travellers should be prepared with cash as the credit card facility is haphazard.

Comfortable room, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was plenty of choice and good. The owners 2 well behaved dogs made my stay so special. Very affectionate and ready to be stroked. They made my stay memorable. Lovely swimming pool.

Maybe the staff could do some tidying away of full ash trays, used towels around the pool etc.

The staff, two guys, were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome! Really comfortable and good quality bed, pillow and duvet. Great location for the airport. Cozy athmosphere indoors and outside. Also probably the most quiet night we experienced in India. Only had time for a quick shower and 4 hours sleep but both were of great quality.

Happily back here for one night, proximity to GOI airport is under 5 minutes drive, making for a stress free trip. Very welcoming and relaxed and I was excited to eat there again. Very homey, gracious and delicious. I look forward to going back. Thank you all!

The location, if you’re looking for a spot close to the airport. The staff are very friendly and the owner too is very hospitable and will give you great recommendations for the rest of your trip. Best of all, for us, were the dogs, Charlie and Daisy, the two adorable fur balls always ready to lap up your affection!

The washroom could have been cleaner although it was remedied when we pointed it out to the staff.

This place is a family owned cozy place...Anita is an awesome lady who owns the place...her crew is very professional, well spoken and warm.Brkfast was served hot and fresh. It felt like we are visiting a old frnd...my frnd who was visitin from US, my 8 and 10 yr old girls enoyed our stay at this place. Its a gem for the price...we will come back for sure ...:)

The 24/7 availability to check in help alot especially because our arrivals are all in the morning past midnight.

A car pick up from the hotel would be handy.

Very nice and helpful staff. Proximity to the airport makes this place a great starting/finishing location while still in walking distance to a beach. They also helped me with arrange scuba diving and bike rental. There are also two very friendly dogs in the outside area.
