Amazing value for the money! The room and the bathroom were huge, as well as the large bed. Was really shocked should this after experiencing super small hotels in Seoul. Had a tub and a shower which were all very clean. Nice view from the 12th floor and quiet. Location in the city center with a 10 minute walk to the subway. Would love to come back here.

Couldn‘t work the AC to become warm but honestly didn‘t ask the staff as I was only staying 2 days, so my fault. Just put on a sweater :-)

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were incredibly spacious. The location was also good, only 2-3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and large shopping mall. Multiple convenience stores nearby. Even though the breakfast is very simple, it was good to have the option of a quick breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel is located within side streets and I felt a bit uncomfortable going to/coming from the hotel at night as a solo female traveller. I didn't have any issues, just something to be aware of. The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim making it hard to apply makeup but this is a very minor point.

We’ve stayed in quite a few hotels during our trip through Korea, but Yuna Business Hotel stands out as the absolute highlight so far. Everything about this place is simply fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Always a smile, always a friendly greeting — their kindness really sets the tone for the entire stay. It genuinely felt like coming home. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and super comfortable. Great bed, clean and well-designed bathroom, and even the little things — like the TV and overall room layout — are just right. Everything is well thought-out and adds to a relaxing experience. We were originally staying just a few nights, but ended up extending our stay as soon as we saw how good it felt to be here. They made that process incredibly easy, too. Truly a gem and absolutely recommended to anyone looking for a warm, high-quality stay!

I really liked everything but only one problem. When we went to our room it was beautiful but the door wouldn't close and the gentleman tried to fix it but it needed repair so he gave us another room but it had only seemed smaller for 3 people and there was only 2 chairs (not comfortable),we asked for another chair or better sitting chair they told us they were short of chairs. My daughter sat on the floor and we sat on the chairs. That's the only thing that really got to me. It's a beautiful hotel. Would stay again.

Excellent location with the train station within a 10 minute walk, many restaurants and shops also within walking distance. Room was spacious, huge bathroom with separate toilet with door, spacious shower, and separate tub. Need to tell the staff each morning if you want to have your room fully made vs towel refresh only. AC works well, front desk guy showed me how to use the remote to turn on the AC. Both staff (woman in the morning and man at night) were friendly and helpful. They spoke good English. Mentioned that the shower didn't drain well in the morning, and it was fixed when I returned in the evening. Use of washing machine and dryer is free! Just bring your own detergent and fabric softener or purchase from front desk. Microwave and water machine is available also on the second floor.

Modern and spacious room and washroom. Quiet environment. Well located near restaurants, convenience stores and subway stations. Free clothes washing machine was well appreciated. Kind cleaning staff (the unsung heroes of every hotels)

The hotel offers a minimalist (their own word) breakfast. Sadly, the breakfast offering was quite disappointing for such a luxury business hotel. They would easily deserved a rating of 10 if they offered bit more items such an espresso coffee machine, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, instant noddles. In fact, we had to extend our stay by two nights in Busan and we opted to move to the Gwangbok neighborhood where our selected hotel offered the best breakfast buffet we encountered during our 3 week stay in South Korea.

I love their generously spaced bathroom that had 3 sections: toilet, large spa bath in the middle and a separate shower. The hotel also provided beautiful bathrobes which was an added bonus. The room was comfortable and also spacious. They had free laundry facilities on the lower floor you just buy the detergent at a very small fee. Easy to use microwave also provided on the same floor. I was allocated a room with great view as per my request. Appreciate this very much. And I could open the little window for fresh air and I didn't have to use air con all the time.

The coffee mug and cup (for bathroom use) were both dirty. I had asked for another as well as coffee sachets. The replacement mug and cup were still not washed properly. I had to wash them in the bathroom sink. They did give me more coffee sachets though I get that hotels in South Korea don't typically provide that because of coffee shops being abundant everywhere you go. I've stayed in hotels before hence I expected that kettle plus coffee sachets and tea to be standard. I also couldn't maximise use of the automated toilet coz it had too many buttons in Korean. I couldn't be bothered to figure it out using Google translate.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were large, spacious, comfortable, and warm. The bathtub and bathroom were huge and the clothes refresher in each room was an added bonus. The breakfast was simple and exactly what was needed for a good start to the day. The staff member who helped customers during breakfast was lovely. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location was close to areas we wanted to visit. It was great value for money. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet and comfortable. Full-height windows with great view of city and hills from higher floor. Heated toilet seat (!) with full bidet functions (I'll try anything once), and a bathtub (favourite feature).

Cleaning and resupply (eg coffee) is by request only, and they didn't get the message the first day. So I gave up, said "no cleaning" and requested only a full supply of coffee for the duration, done. Walls and windows needed cleaning. I wiped a small blood stain off the wall myself (yuk), also face- and fingerprints off those glorious windows. I removed the keeper chain from the bathtub plug because it's uncomfortable to lay on. Easy fix; please don't put it back. When draining the tub, some water makes its way across the floor to the shower drain instead.

Hotel Yuna is located in a great area which was between a couple of subway lines and bus stops convenient on the main road. Easy to check in and check out. Room had LG styler which was very handy at refreshing a few jackets worn. Owners were very lovely and happy to help in any way.

Make sure if want the room cleaned you must let front staff know before a certain time. Was very easy to discuss and organise however a few more steps to consider
