Love everything about the property. The size of room to $ value was really good. Everything felt clean and staff always welcomed me when entering back into the hotel. It’s about an 8min walk to the end of Haeundae Beach where the Westin Josun is at. Small 7-11 is just across the street from the hotel. Traditional Haeundae Night Market is about a 15min walk away. Haeundae Station is about a 15min walk as well. My only issue was that the hair shampoo was the same as body wash, which seems like low quality shampoo to me and it indeed felt like it super dried out my hair. Otherwise, everything was good and I have recommended this hotel to others already.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and modern and reasonably spacious. Housekeeping came everyday. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The (free) self-serve laundry was handy to have, as someone who has being traveling for a few weeks. The hotel breakfast is reasonably priced at 11,000 won and worth getting. The hotel location is maybe 5 minutes from the beach and maybe 10 minutes to a Metro station, with several key bus stops even closer. There is plenty to do, shop, eat, drink in the area. There is a 7-Eleven across the street, which is always really convenient to have. I would definitely stay here again.

My only critique is that the street the hotel is on is a bit run-down. There are empty lots and many storefronts are closed. But by the time you hit the next block, that's a non-issue.

It a nice hotel located in a walking distance to the beach and to many shops and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are not too big but OK for the price The beds are comfortable. For the breakfast - it's not a buffet and there are four of five fixed options available, have a look at them before ordering, for me there was no good breakfast food (due to my breakfast habits) so I wish I hadn't pay for that in advance. But the breakfast is served until 13.00 so actually I used it for an early lunch option and then it was just perfect.

My room was on the corner of the building and had windows on the street that was loud at night with plenty of motorcycles. Also the curtains in the rooms are not proper blackout and in the morning sun shine can be disturbing - this is not a big deal but can be annoying for light sleepers like myself

A spacious room with very comfortable beds. The shower has excellent conditioner and shampoo. Everything you need is provided. The staff are very friendly, and the service is fast and efficient. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with public transport and several late-night shops and cafés nearby. You can also purchase European-style breakfasts right at the hotel, and coffee is available for free. There’s a safe in the room as well. The street is very quiet, so you can sleep well. The shower has strong water pressure, and there’s also a shower near the beach entrance to rinse off sand from your feet. In the lobby, there are monitors available and you can connect your own computer.

There is no such thing.

Very friendly hotel staff always willing to help. The hotel is small and cozy. We had a view from the window to the sea, which is very nice. But something big is planned to be built in front of the hotel, so it may lose this view in the future. There is a beach, walking areas, cafes and stores within walking distance.

A very strange feature of bathrooms in Korea is transparent walls and doors. You can see everything that happens in the toilet and shower stall from the room. And you can hear everything too, there is no privacy. This is inconvenient when a family lives in the room.

I have never slept on comfier beds and pillows in my life. I wish I could've stayed in them all day! There is a laundry, but it's only until 8 or 9pm, which baffles me because many people would still be out by then. The room was extremely spacious and the design was very nice. This was my favorite hotel in my trip!

It wasn't as close to the beach or bus stop as I thought. It's not far, just about 5 mins, which i personally thought would be less. There is no actual security to get into the hotel or use the elevators. Anyone can walk in and go up to any floor.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Hauendae beach. The room has all the necessary amenities and free coffee in the lobby. You get free water bottles in the fridge. The staff speaks understandable English. The breakfast room in the hotel's basement resembles a student hostel. There are only three types of breakfast served, and you must choose one. However, I tried two of them, which were tasty and substantial.

When I arrived, they explained that they had offered me an upgrade—I got the triple room instead of the double. However, it was turned into a backyard with some opened bars and a very laudable external air-conditioning unit that switched on every 10 minutes. The worst were garbage bins directly under my window, which was through this not to open.

Excellent location, if you are looking for a sea rest. Great ideas with "powder room" and iced water on the ground floor. Decent "American breakfast" option. Comfortable room and responsive staff, - all together make nice impression.

Once, I signalized about room cleaning with a button + with a sign on the door handle, but the room was not cleaned. Maybe some miscommunication happened, but reception staff apologised and at least changed the towels. Breakfast options could be more variable. On certain days it was too noisy outside and windows could not protect from the street noise at night. Lighting in the room could be brighter

Close to the beach, we had sea view from our window, big rooms.

The street itself is not so nice, but you are around the corner of the beach and the nice street. We booked 2 rooms, one was super nice, but the other was a disabled room, of bathroom was not great, no shower wall so everything became wet, the mirror was way too low and just not a logical layout if you are not disabled or in a wheelchair. I will base this review on the other room, which was great.

I want to give this review as a huge shout out to the staff at Best Hamilton. On my last day I forgot my kindle on the room, the staff went above and beyond on finding it and then send it over to me to the airport with a taxi driver, just in time before I hade to board my flight. Everyone was super nice and helpful at all times. Rooms were excellent, higher quality accommodation for its value

There was one thing only, sadly on our first night we had the unfortunate experience of bedbugs. It wasn’t so terrible, but we didn’t expect it in this typo of accommodation. Anyway, the staff disposition compensates for any minor inconvenience.
