I think rooms Might be flexible to warm little more ))) I like warm rooms and for me normal is + 23 degrees ))))

Location is very good, walking distance to the center and main touristic attractions. The check in was quick. I managed to take the room early and that was amazing, they were not so crowded. The girl at the reception was quick and straightforward. The room was very clean, nicely arranged. No toothbrush or other amenities apart from shower gel and soap. They have a strange way of accessing the gym and sauna. You have to go to 4 floor, walk until the end, take other elevator to 5th floor. Gym was good equipped. Sauna was nice as well, it also had a small relaxation space. A great stay overall, might book again.

The wet sauna was not functional while there. The hotel did not have slippers in the room and ran out of bathrubs for sauna. A bit inconvenient to walk from the gym locker, through the gym towards the sauna.

Room was great travelling with my dog. It was quiet, had hardwood floor and pleasant fragrance. Nice touch to provide food/water bowls.

Check-in process took a long time. Even though there were only 2 people in front of me, I waited around 20 min. The lady at the till was very nice and looked busy the entire time so can only assume it was a process problem. They offered online check in but didn't have time to try and figure out how that worked.

I had requested parking for my car and they had made a note of it so I got a space.

Only 20 parking spaces available, almost all hotels in the city center have the same problem. When stopping in town while enroute to or from holidays elsewhere it is more reassuring to have a packed car parked on hotel grounds than elsewhere.

Amazing value for money. Located really close to the town center, everything was walking distance. Staff were really friendly. Nice cocktails at the bar.

Parking situation is difficult. On street parking is only available for a short amount of time. And they told us that there had been a few break ins in the parking house right next to the hotel.

Location was very good! If you really want to see center of Bremen is exactly place where you need to be. Everything was close to hotel. And hotel was comfortable!

I think for a lot of families with kids is very important to have options to go inside your room as faster as possible. We arrived just for 40 minutes earlier that official time of check in, but room wasn't ready. It wasn't critical but I think minimum one hour before room needs to be ready and people with kids must have preference to go in!

It is always complaining at a very high level, however the choice of jams has been bigger than "just" three at other hotels. Yet the choice of hot drinks and choice of teas was fabulous.

Free prosecco at breakfast. The breakfast buffet had an amazing choice of cheese and meat in addition to cereal and the option to make your own waffles. The bar had a happy hour (hurrah). The gym and sauna were great too. Lovely soft pillows, very comfortable room. Excellent location, close to the tram stop from the airport and a 5 minute walk into the old town.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. A short walk into the town centre. Bremen is a lovely city. The Schnoor and the Art Deco area are a must visit

My only dislike and this is personal, I hate hairdryers that are attached to the wall. I find them awkward to deal with.

-A nice room without rug as requested. also it was at the backside so while on first floor no noise from street. -with nice weather it is a nice short(15min) walk to city centre -nice clean bathroom

-The parking garage of hotel itself was more expensive than garage next door. -wellness was not available the entire week this had something to do with some other guests' no idea how common this is.
