I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the staff. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was like a excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities provided were top-notch.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. Absolutely outstanding hotel . Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time.

The ambiance of hotel is super , the staff is very quick and polite, in prime location and the connectivity of hotel .

Nothing can be said as I didn't like

The staff was very friendly making me feel at home. Rooms very spacious and Clean. Location was perfect at the heart of city and I recommend Aura for business and pleasure

The room was good size, with a small seating area. No bedside tables on either side .. just one little unit about a foot in height above ground. Had a functional AC and fan. TV ok, though I couldnt get it to function, as there was no instructions. No mini bar or fridge. No dust bin in room. Very noisy area, as it's on the main road. Constant banging of doors as guests and staff going about their business. Loud talk between staff as they conduct their business or do room deliveries. Had many knocks on my door as staff delivered things that I hadn't ordered/requested .. obviously meant for another room. No towels or drinking glasses provided, had to request it .. it looked like previous guests had vacated the room and they didn't have time to clean or organise the room for the next guest.

Lack of cleanliness. The bathroom was disguisting. Toilet seat was not sealed to indicate it had been cleaned and sanitised. The actual toilet seat was loose, the wrong size for the toilet bowl, so it kept moving. The light switches had grime on them. The taps had lost its silver plating, so looked corroded and rusty. Mirrors/floors not cleaned. No Toiletries in the bathroom, just 2 small soaps .. no shampoo/conditioner, etc. No hand held shower, just the overhead shower, so had to use water from the tap below if you wanted to take a shower without getting your head/hair wet. No bucket or mug provided either .. had to fill water bottle and use it to have a bath. Bathroom could do with a bit of paint and new fittings installed.

What I found good is the location, it was walking distance to my office next to Malad West Metro Station. Management was active and responsive on just a phone call. Even if you require food, they have their on restaurant just below the accommodation.

The images shown in listing are outdated, furniture and interior is worst condition. However, they managed to keep it clean somehow. Even furniture was way old and not maintained well. If they'll start putting efforts to maintain it, it can be a good property not for only solo travellers but for all. I won't suggest it for family to stay here. One more thing, due to busy road you may feel noisy if looking for a calm stay.
