Overall a pleasant value for money stay for one night. The staff were excellent with being helpful and finding my phone charger cable that I had left in the room after checking out. The food was very good, with a vegan/,vegetarian option. Traffic can be noisy at times as the Inn is near the main road, but we fell asleep with ease as the bed was very comfortable.

As mentioned, the traffic on the main road nearby can be noisy, but being that the bed was very comfortable, we managed to sleep very well. If you don't drive, public transport can be iffy, but we managed to get a bus from Whitland as the train does not stop at the small town of St Clears which is nearer to the Savoy Inn. We managed to persuade the kind bus driver to drop us near the Savoy, as no official bus stops are near there.

The breakfast options were great, with my Mum having a small cooked breakfast & I having cereal, croissant & fruit-delicious! The room was smallish but with a decent on-suite shower room. The staff were wonderful. Nicki & her team were helpful & kind especially with my elderly Mum & her small dog. We will certainly go again!

A small thing, but a compact fridge, maybe wall mounted would be helpful. Honestly, I wouldn’t change much at all. The main thing was how helpful & kind the staff were.

We didn't stay for breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We ate a meal there in the evening and it was decent typical pub food. The staff were lovely and helpful. I would definitely rate it as a good place to stay.

There were no real down sides to comment on. The only slight niggle was that the hair dryer didn't work . So I just used a towel instead.

The staff were amazing ,very friendly and helpful.The room was spotless. The towels very white and clean. The atmosphere made me feel very comfortable ,especially as I was on my own.

The only chair was a bit tatty ,but reasonably comfortable. The lamp didnt work and one of the two coat hangers was broken.However these were very minor things and didnt spoil my stay.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Although I didn't eat or drink in the restaurant, it was good to see lots of customers there (sign of popularity). The inn had a comfortable and cosy feel. It is situated on the side of a main road leading to Carmarthen, but I didn't hear too much traffic noise. Ideally situated midway between Carmarthen and Laugharne. The bedroom and bathroom were compact but very clean - the bed was very comfy. Would happily stay there again.

It’s a nice place, rooms a tad dated and bathrooms are small, however rooms are nice and staff are great. Have to remember it’s a pub which provides a fair amount of evening entertainment which can be heard from the rooms upstairs, not overly loud but you are aware of the noise. Wide range of food options which was nice to eat. Outside very large parking area.

Nice clean room, easy check in

I arrived after the restaurant closed (9pm), which was a disappointment, so I had mcdonalds. The gardens were a bit untidy and need some care and attention. The bathroom was tiny and the kettle didn't fit in the tiny sink but if you use a glass and fill it, that works!

The place was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming . The room was a nice size.

The bed was quite hard, not for everyone’s liking. The bathroom was very small but wasn’t too much of a problem.

Very convenient to our journey. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We could access the garden with our own key which made it excellent as we had two dogs.

A summer weight duvet and another pillow would have been nice as the weather was warm so was the bedroom.

The room was clean and comfortable, full self control over the heater. The location was very good! Close to fuel and convenience stores. Parking lot right by with EV charging stations.

The sink was very small, hard to fill the kettle with water. TV could use an upgrade, it's way too small for the room and would've preferred smart TV.
