It is the first time we used this place and it was OK - we stayed just one night. The staff was friendly. You can see the hotel could use a little renovation work, but there is nothing to really complain about except maybe that opening windows was really hard to get done. The location is OK, there are 2 tram stations at the same distance, but make sure you use Motol station and not Krematorium Motol. You're in the Prague center in approx. 25 minutes from the station. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom was renovated and clean but there could be more shower gel. There is a little fridge in the room also. We could park in front of the hotel for free, there was a security guard near the hotel. Not sure if he was there all night ;) The self service breakfast was basic but it was good.

No air conditioning

The hotel is in a good location. You have a tram close by that will take you directly to the city center. You can buy the tickets for the tram on reception for a regular price. Free secure parking. Plenty of spaces. Breakfast was really great. It had everything that you would need. The staff was very polite. The room had comfortable beds and heating was working flawlessly. All in all this was a great value!

In our room the bathroom had a clogged sink and the water was going away very slowly. We couldn't open the window because those were barred with screws. Still luckily it was not suffocating probably because ventilation in the bathroom did a good job to prevent that. The room doesn't have AC so in summer this could be a bad option.

Clean, basic rooms. Breakfast is excellent; everything from yoghurt, fresh bread, cold cuts, cheese, sausages, fruit and veggies and scrambled/fried eggs (rotates daily). The staff overall are very pleasant to deal with and helpful. Night time security guy was a bit grumpy. Quiet area at night, which was really nice. Dedicated parking which is definitely a plus because driving in the inner city is horrendous. Just dump the car and take public transport. 30 CZK/30 mins, 40 CZK/90 mins, 120CZK/1 day. 10 CZK = 40 cents (euro/dollar).

No A/C, which was a bit unfortunate with the 35* Celsius heatwave going on :( WiFi / Wi-Fi 10 Mbit download / 4 Mbit upload which is on the slower side. Would cut out for a brief second every 10-15 minutes which makes it unusable for video conferencing / taking calls. Desk is big and comfortable enough for remote work. I just ended up setting up my own hotspot.

Nice room, well equipped, everything worked. Very pleasant receptionist.

Unfortunately, I was in the hotel when it was 32 °C outside. The temperature was similar in the room, which had no air conditioning. It was not possible to open the window because there is a runway corridor a few hundred meters above the roof and planes roar by every few minutes. At least there is a fan in the room, but air conditioning would be very welcome, especially since it is almost impossible to sleep with the window open.

Room was spacious and clean. City center can be accessed easily as tram station is only 10 min walk from the hotel. Parking is free of cost. With the price offered, it is one of the best options in Prague.

There was some construction going on. Constant noise of drill machine was annoying, though the nights were peaceful. Windows are a little old and donot cancel out the noise from the traffic and the trams passing in front of the hotel.

We've chosen the hotel based on location close to the airport with free parking even for LPG car. Room was clean with basic facilities - all you need for a single night stay.

Prague airport reconstructs their main runway and therefore all planes were using the secondary runway. All incoming planes were approaching the runway right above the hotel in a quite low altitude. Pros - nice view on their belly and landing gears, Cons - a bit of noise.

Renovated clean room with a nice shower. A breakfast that is included in the price was great, enough choices (ham, cheese, jams, cereals, pies, juice, coffee, tea, sausages, eggs, fruits..). Easy to reach the airport by taxi.

The fan in the bathroom was too loud - when you switch off the light it does not stop working directly, therefore it can be disturbing during night. If you however take out and then insert back the card of the room the problem is solved. No air condition.

The hotel was on the side of the Prague where we were looking for accommodation. It has a good tram connection with the city centre. It has a free parking and breakfast was also included. So definitely a good price-quality ratio! Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

The building is a bit old, you could notice it needs a bit of renovation. But it's not a bad thing as well. We liked the atmosphere and the the overall look. The only thing we found displeasing was the water drainage in the shower. It war really slow. But we notified the front desk the very first day, so they could check if there is a problem, or just a normal thing.

The woman on the reception was really friendly and even talked our language! We were able to buy tram tickets right there. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the tram station and we were in the city centre in 20 minutes without changing trams. the breakfast was good too and the hotel is amazing for its price!

It was noisy since we could hear the person next to us watching TV all the time. On one day we sadly found two long hairs in our breakfast which made our appetite go away..

I like the size of the hotel, had a taste to stay in the big one. Also room was separated for two bedrooms and there was a small hall with seating and mini kitchen corner. Beds were really comfortable, each bedroom had own TV. Bathroom was a bit outdated, but not a big deal. All worked well. Secured parking was bonus, was free of charge. We really enjoyed breakfast, plenty of variations and nice staff available. We were happy to get the room two hours before the check in time as we have arrived early. Thank you for that.

Well, AC is really missing. Top floor rooms are incredibly hot and I cant really imagine to stay there during the top summer. Restaurant is available for only for lunch, then its closed, so you have to walk away to get some food. Its a shame with such a huge hotel capacity. Rooms would appreciate a bit of personal touch with styling things, toileteries were just thrown there, towels something similar. Small things are visible and increase the feeling of the room. But its just an advice as I work in the hotels:-) Hotel is a bit "used" but understand that its not easy to maintain all immediately.
