The property was nice and clean. The inside was clean.

I had a 2 night stay and after staying the first night my key card to my room wasn’t working. The staff claimed that I put it next to my phone which my son might have did it. I told him to get the key that I had in the table and see will that work. The key didn’t work. I knew that she was lying about the key. The staff who checked me in that night didn’t program my key for 2 nights. They were scared that I was going to ask for a reimbursement. I didn’t ask for it but I told her that the other key that I had wasn’t working so It wasn’t my fault. The lady shouldn’t have lied to me.

Very convenient right off the highway! The property is very clean , I like the fact that the bathroom was extremely clean That’s a plus . the bed very comfortable I gotten a very good rest. Very quiet building and the staff very nice professional. if you need any assistance, they were always there to help especially Lisa at the front desk. She was extremely nice. The room that Lisa gave us 423. The view was amazing thank you Lisa She went above and beyond.and Ajay himself very nice . They’re no microwave in the hotel room but there’s microwave in the lobby downstairs and it’s a very clean microwave.

What I like the most was that the staff in the evening a young black lady was very pleasant. Very efficient gave me advice went out of her way to make me feel welcome as did the young man when I signed out asked me how my day was did I have breakfast? They could not have been more cordial.

This is not a big deal, but I had to go downstairs to get a cup to use when I was drinking a Coke. I’m accustomed to the bathrooms having little plastic cups and ice holders. I did eventually get it because I asked the lady at the front desk and she went and showed me and got it for me and not a big deal but that was a small convenience that would’ve been nice.

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and that set the tone for a very pleasant stay. The hotel was extremely clean and well appointed with all the essentials. My son very much enjoyed the comfortable lobby with TV, charging stations for his phone, the unlimited coffee bar and the hotel snack store. The beds were very comfortable and afforded us a restful night of sleep. The location was directly off of I-20 but at a less busy exit which we were thankful for. We were able to reach our chosen destinations within 5 mins from the hotel with little traffic. Upon departure the staff asked if our stay was enjoyable and if there was anything they could do better, the answer from us was, "It was perfect". The value for the money was exceptional. We are already planning our next stay at this hotel and it will be our go to every time we travel to this area to visit family.

It was very modern and up to date! The breakfast was good with a variety in healthy options. The hotel was right off the interstate and convenient to Covington.

The walls were super thin and you could hear others flushing their toilets. I had a hard time sleeping due to the noise. Also, the room only had a shower, so it was hard to bathe our toddler.

Nahvah, the front desk staff person is absolutely amazing. She has amazing ideas, apparently is extremely experienced in the hospitality industry, a wonderful personality and brought her A game every day I saw her. The entire staff there at the Conyers location is TOP TIER. I have never in my life experienced that level of service from this class of a hotel. If Avid is wise, they would promote the the young staff there, and position them for management. That is the type of team you need I place to have guests return and make recommendations. This will be my go to spot every time. The property is well kept, comfortable, and was just a great experience. I truly hope the staff is paid well because they work hard and not just work hard but they really create a family environment. We were taken aback because of the hospitality.

There was nothing to dislike except the fact that it was time to leave. I could have had a lower rate to stay longer. But I left in order to get a lower rate since I would be there for 2 more weeks.

The hotel was clean, the staff was great. The free coffee 24/7 was a nice bonus to the continental breakfast. The staff was extremely accommodating.

Our first night, to no fault of the hotel but because Booking gave us a two queen room but the hotel didn’t actually have the availability our daughter had had to sleep on the floor.

I liked the location and how unbusy it was at night, and the look of the hotel room really clean and I hoped this hotel had soundproof rooms which I think do as I didn’t hear anyone else

When tried checking in the age maximum was 21 not the most average age to check in and wasn’t the most convenient really disliked that as I thought the age minimum was 18 to check in

Everything was clean and well stocked. Lots of smiling faces. Welcoming atmosphere.

Only 2 handicap parking space near the entrance. There were 2 others but they were at the opposite end of the building near a key reader only locked door far from the elevator and without a key. It was raining when I arrived so unloading my luggage and chair made for a soggy check-in.

Super CLEAN well managed facility. Exceeded our expectations. Parking lot was well lit and felt secure. The breakfast “grab and go” had far more offerings than most. The staff was well trained, friendly and accommodating.

It could have been an oversight? But there were no drinking glasses or cups in the room.
