In the city center, close to the main points of interest, in a walking distance. Individually packed commodities which usually do not find in the other hotels (comb, handkerchiefs, ladies sanitary napkins, toothbrush and paste, etc.) Friendly staff. Also the people everywhere in Zaragoza are extremely friendly, do not treat you like a tourist. Enchanted by the city.

Well-organized rooms, bed, desk, chair, fridge but to tiny space in between the bed and the desk. And as it is Spain :), you could hear the people and the cars during the night.

Excellent location. Loads of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Nice neighbourhood. 20-minute walk from main basilica. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very sunny top floor, great views 10th floor

Very tired mattress, defo can do with a new one, at least this one in this room. Very small and slow lifts. Room fittings, lighting, and furniture could be improved. We had a vibration gym machine taking over 1/3 of the living-room space, very random.

Parking not at the property a few streets away and parking spaces are reserved on first - 2 levels so most available on -3 floor . Lift is available ( we didn’t find it until we had struggled up 3 flights with cases! ) if you book with hotel you do save on daily rate . 2 nights cost us 32 euros , would have been 40 in actual car park

The hotel was fantastic! We had a great experience staying in a spacious triple room that was very comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy for us to walk around and explore the old town. The breakfast provided was fantastic! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a fabulous spacious suite, probably because of few customers, probably because of the heat.

Outside of breakfast there was no catering, probably because of few customers, probably because of the heat. No bar, no tea or coffee except in the room and that was weirdly only decaf coffee and no milk.

Very nice hotel but difficult to find when arriving by car. Not signposted and to be found by turning right, off a main street and across a pedestrian walkway, into a one-way street. Parking was not on-site and two blocks away. Main shopping area very close by and restaurants around the corner.

Perfect location and the room was very nice and comfy. They allowed us to extend our stay with an hour - we arrived very late the previous night and lost extra time by trying to sort out a problem in the room.

There was a problem with the room but they agreed to move us to another so at the end, all was good.

Close to city center, comfortable rooms and big bathroom. we had a two rooms apartmemt, perfect for a family with two children. Close to a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Personnel was not so friendly as I expected, but offered us all information when requested. View of the room was behind some flats

The room was comfortable. It has a separate living room (with a coach, a table, the fridge an a gym machine, nice surprise btw). The bathroom had 2 sinks and the bath had jacuzzi adds on. Nice surprise too

The table had no electrical appliance nearby, so disappointing as I wanted to work.
