Our room was HUGE. The hotel is packed in next to other hotels right by the start of the ski lift, so I thought that our room would be small and cramped, but I was wrong. The shower was fantastic and the towels were quality-thick and soft. You are conveniently located right near the center of town so once you park your car you can walk to most places in town easily.

Parking. They valet you car but it is expensive. I guess this is necessary due to the location right next to the ski lift, but I usually prefer to be able to easily access my car without going through a valet.

I stayed in the Betty room because it had a bathtub and I needed that for my toddler. It also had a couch that pulled out which was nice. The room was huge and just such a nice hotel room. I have stayed at this hotel in this past and this is definitely my favorite room that I have personally stayed in. All of the employees are SUPER friendly and helpful. I love that they always have someone around at all hours. I also adore that you receive text messages with all important information. Better yet, a real person reads them and responds. It is very aesthetically pleasing, clean, yet extremely cozy. I love how they really focus on being eco-friendly and things are aesthetically pleasing while still being minimalistic. The design of the hotel and rooms are to die for. The hotel even smells amazing. The hallways smell like mahogany. If you are like me and really enjoy decor/design/cleanliness, then this hotel will enchant you and make you feel right at home. Having a restaurant in the hotel is also really great. The breakfast was super yummy and servers were super friendly. I had a fantastic experience and will be back at this hotel whenever I come back to Breckenridge.

The only thing I dislike about this hotel is the $40 a night for parking although for Breckenridge the price for parking makes sense as you cannot park anywhere else overnight EXCEPT the skating rink which is about 10 minutes away walking in which you still have to pay for parking there, it is just less money BUT you have to walk so kind of personal preference. I also do not like anyone else driving my vehicle, so valet is a no-go for me personally. Aside from parking, this is my favorite hotel in Breckenridge.

This was a great hotel. The valet parking, luggage delivery, front desk staff, requesting extra pillows by text, and receiving them in a few minutes! Everything was wonderful! We had breakfast in Cabin Juice, and the food and beverage presentation was some of the best we had seen! The taste was amazing!

The only discouraging item we had was only two pillows on our bed. I requested 3 more and they were delivered within a few minutes. The other item that needed to be fixed was one of the luggage dollies that had a bent wheel and needed to be replaced.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION & STAFF OUTSTANDING. I BROUGHT MY PSYCHIATRIC SERVICE DOG Bella & all 3 of us loved this mini vacation It amazed me how v well Bella was during the entire vacation, she was the Good Will ambassador of Breck, and her duties & responsibilities must be handled immediately to keep me safe and those around us. What a blessing my little Bella continues to provide me, on duty 24-7. Our world is rebounding from COVID & other severe diseases, easily transmitted. Around the world we are still struggling to find & keep excellent staffing which you are doing such an EXCELLENT JOB! This will still arise like most businesses are finding. We stayed in King studio, ALL STAFF were amazing & handled our needs effortlessly and immediately. ALL AMENITIES TOP NOTCH, wish I could have stayed longer, thank you for EVERYTHING YOU HANDLE EFFORTLESSLY.

We experienced sporadic but v loud what sounded like hammer was whacking on pipes & we didn't sleep v well, then noise of people running down corridors or on PL level (which I didn't visit) caused me to call front desk again for noise issues. Your staff were exceptional. Hope to return to Breck as it's my fav town & not huge & w/heavy traffic. STAY STRONG! WE LOVE YOU!

Food at the restaurant wasn’t great for the price. $5 for a kids lemonade and $10 for noodles with butter. $45 or so for mediocre gnocchi with day old rotisserie chicken on top. I know it’s ski resort prices but I’ve had much better food at other Breck spots and Steamboat and Vail. Lackluster wine selection by the glass, and out of any Pinot Noir.

The property was great great location very clean friendly staff the gym was amazing for most hotels!

We got the rooms with the bunkbeds they were a tad bit small but that was to be expected

The location was great. The amenities were too. Everyone we came in contact with at Gravity Haus was pleasant and extremely helpful. They even gave us a bag of dog treats, a dog bed and some dog bowls for our doodle dog Banjo. He enjoyed his stay as well. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge.

The people who work ybreckenridge are all just nice. I think the guests are nice because of the staff. And the biggest reason we like you is the dog friendly atmosphere

Long lines for coffee

Shortstaffed… The valet person couldn’t handle the job, especially by herself. Also, the hotel is seeing some wear and tear. The mattress was spongy, and the rug seemed very dirty and tired.

Perfect location, super comfy bed, blackout shades, soundproof despite busy street location, quality of on-site food (loved the breakfast choices and quality).

Parking fee was a little high, bathroom was a bit small given generous size of the overall room.
