Great location-easy access to downtown Washington (metro, even a long walk) and Crystal City itself has lots of attractions (shopping, walking, parks). One can usually find free overnight parking on the streets. Hotel has great food choices at the bar.

On previous stays, the hotel's prices were cheaper. I fear prices are creeping upward, but nevertheless still a good deal.

The staff was exceptional - very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Hotel and room was great and I got a very good deal on Booking.com for a nice big room with a king bed in 4 star hotel. It was 1 block away from the Metro on the yellow line, which made it easy to get to all tourist destinations, and 1 Metro stop away from DCA airport. Although the area is mainly office buildings and condos, I found cafes very close by and there are other restaurants not too far.

The walk from the Metro - although one block - took you under a bridge where homeless people would sometimes sleep. I didn't necessarily feel unsafe by myself but it's something to be aware of, especially at night as it wasn't very well lit.

The place, the room and the breakfast service.

I faced an issue of the hotel booking. I modified the stay from 2 to 1 night and I confirmed with booking.com messaging system. They asked me to call and fix with the hotel number which I did and had the confirmation email. Still I was charged $700+. When we reached to the hotel, they were saying I booked two rooms which I never did. And we had to fight to get the actual price for 1 night and cancel the charge ($700+). I was told through booking.com that I will have to pay when I check-in which did not happened. I was pre charged with the card i saved at the site. That was very much frustrating after a long trip we had. I might not book a hotel through booking.com ever again, coz I might need to change which they cannot support.

I love the location because extremely close to the Crystal City subway station entrance; the bar staff being available right when I checked in for lunch time, the cleaning staff was super understanding on days when I had to stay in a bit later to reschedule house cleaning.

The tv has a limited cable selection, the phone on the table next to me was broken and wasn’t charged; I’d appreciate it if staff or room cleaning can make sure the phones are properly charged and available to call staff, the limited seating for buffet was ok.

It is a nice place to stay, It is near to my friend and family, a nice place to rest, and is near the metro station

It was okay, but the hotel charged me for something I didn't buy. I almost paid, and during the night, I realized the issue was a mistake. After many days, I had to stay for one more day, and the hotel told me to book it again, but the price was too high for a double room. It was the only option. I was expecting they could help me with the extra day, and I wanted to pay it directly.

It was very clean , relaxing , peaceful and convenient to alot of places . We didn’t really have to drive too far for food nor entertainment

It was just a minor incident with the gentleman at the front desk telling my husband and myself on Sunday we didn’t pay when we were there ever since Friday . We tried to tell him we did pay and how it was a hold on our card as well as trying to show him it was a hold on it on my husband’s bank statement but still insisted we pay another $400 .

Complimentary Shuttle from Reagan National Airport and a 4-minute walk to Crystal City Metro State. The Staff was invaluable with instructions and housekeeping was very prompt in bringing bottles of water and and restocking as necessary.

There was not anything that I did not like. The hotel was great! We did not go to the bar or eat at the restaurant so I cannot really rate those features.

The location was perfect. The Metro is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants around as well. Also, the staff members I interacted with were very friendly. The shuttle from the airport was a plus as well.

I would've liked to see more gluten free options, particularly at breakfast. Fruit, cereal, and yogurt isn't enough. Some gluten free muffins, bagels, or waffles would be wonderful. I would like to add that the mattress was too soft.

Liked the location, ease of access, the quiet, the bed and shower - these things were very good.

The restaurant was very small and not closed off from the rest of the hotel. Also, there wasn’t enough staff for the breakfast. For $23, there should have been more food prepared. We had to wait a bit for the kitchen to replenish breakfast options well before closing. The buffet location was too small for the number of people trying to access it.

First class, comfortable accommodations - including comfy bed and bedding, waterfall shower, pump soaps and shampoos, restaurant and lounge downstairs for meals and drinks. Liked having an early morning airport shuttle, and a location near a metro stop. Restaurant choices located within 2-3 blocks also.

Front desk staff was always extremely accommodating.
