This was our first time to La Paz. Our hotel was located close to everything, easy to walk to the Malecon and round town. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The pool area was clean and quiet with friendly bartenders. The lounge bar was a nice place to end our day with a nightcap and the bartenders were very helpful, offering suggestions for restaurants and site seeing. We will definitely be coming back to La Paz and staying here again.

I have nothing negative to say. Everything was better than we expected

A few blocks from the Malecon and right across from a plaza surrounded by many great food options and convenience stores. Hotel open air spaces courtyard and rooftop pool paired with a modern aesthetic created an elevated experience. Excellent customer service, guests are treated with kindness and hospitality.

Despite the signs, the tobacco free rule was not being enforced. Maid cleaned the room twice during our stay but did not bring towels or sweep the floor. The WiFi signal in the room was weak and would often loose connection. These were minor inconveniences that did not impact our stay.

The staff were very helpful with tour reservations (my original tour I had booked was cancelled at the last minute) and with restaurant recommendations. My room and the common area were very clean and fresh. The breakfast was excellent--local food as well as eggs, pancakes, coffee, toast, pastries. The location was really good as it was in the middle of many shops and restaurants and only a very short walk to the Malecon. They have free parking which is under the hotel. Please note that a large vehicle like a full-size pickup would likely not fill in the garage but my mid-sized SUV fit well.

One thing that is common in many places is the fact that wash clothes are not provided although my hotel in Loreto provided them. I would recommend that they supply wash clothes to people .

The breakfasts were unbelievably good and varied each day. On Sunday morning there was even a satellite taco and quesadilla bar. The fish tacos were surprisingly delicious!

There was a loud noise that we couldn’t figure out which would come on randomly at all hours of the day and night which woke us up more than once. Sounded like some kind of motor switching on and then off after about 15 seconds.

The hotel is very nice, with a roof pool and bar. Staff was very helpful, even helped arrange a ride back to the airport. Location is right down town, walking distance to everything you could need. The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. It’s located right across from the Cathedral, so you could hear the bells and it’s lit up at night. It was perfect for our needs and would stay here again.

The shower head was not great, spraying everywhere. Also, we could hear some sort of pump going on and off throughout our stay, it must have been close to our room.

The breakfast was so delicious every morning and is covered with the cost of your stay. The rooftop bar and pool were nice to come back to after a day of wandering around La Paz and the surrounding areas and the views up there were fantastic. The sunsets and rises were worth the 4th floor room. The plants and open courtyard were also wonderful. The location was definitely a plus for us! We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and to the boardwalk with ease. The staff were 100% friendly and welcoming! It was overall a really excellent experience and I would go back.

I can't think of 1 complaint or thing I didn't like.

This hotel is excellent. I traveled with my mom and two aunts there and it was a really nice experience. The staff was always very kind, the breakfast options were EXCELLENT and they had free parking for the car, which was a very nice extra. They do have a small rooftop pool that I didn't have the time to use but it looked pretty nice!! We were very comfortable all in all, and the huge walk-in shower in the bathrooms was also a nice touch.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spotless, and I appreciated the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff was not only professional but also very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any request. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay! Forgot to mention we really enjoyed the breakfast too

I loved the breakfast. It was better than your standard continental breakfast. It was very flavorful Mexican cuisine. There were options at their restaurant for other food. I can’t understate how great the fries at the restaurant are as well.

The only 2 things I didn’t like was the soap in the shower. It didn’t really lather. I had to go out & buy soap. The air conditioning unit was a little loud. But grateful for the air nonetheless.

The hotel is central, beside the cathedral. The breakfast was excellent.

Our room was on the ground floor, and had access to a small private yard about 10' square, with 8 foot walls and no view, and almost no furniture. It was signed as a smoking area, but we don't smoke, so it seemed more like a prison exercise yard. The room was nice, but would have been nicer if the hotel had made the outside area more appealing.
