I thought the property was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. After the power outage the staff helped several guests move their things down the darkened stairwell. I can’t say enough about the staff that was present on Thursday following the hurricane.

After the hurricane, and after the power went out, there were no lights in the stairwells. I was told they burned out. Although the staff put some lanterns in the stairwell this could have been a very dangerous situation. Lights should be tested and/or replaced before a hurricane makes landfall in order to keep the stairs well lit.

clean, neat, attractive....room is truly like your 2nd home... awesome!! Also the pool is heated to 85 degrees, open until 10pm and there is a grill near pool area!!

Their breakfast...almost everything is frozen .. even at that, I would be ok with... however, it is almost all spicy.. sausage, peppers, onions etc mixed together. Their English muffins all had sausage. Now they do have fresh waffles you make, oatmeal, boiled eggs and yogurt. I asked for plain eggs, because I can not have cheese or spicy, with a muffin I could toast and they said they did not have any.

Loved the outdoor BBQ amenities. I like to be able to cook and not have to eat out when I'm away from home.

We received a room refresh 3 times (every other day) during our stay and we asked for the shower amenities such as conditioner, body gel and shampoo to be replenished as they ran out on the first night. (They were not full upon arrival). We were told they would be the next day but we never received a refill and ended up buying our own to use while there. Not a deal breaker though.

Very clean place and the staff was great! The breakfast buffet was decent, but the staff there was on the ball. It was a busy morning and anything that was low or out of they were quick to respond and get what I wanted.

The pillows were ok, but a little too soft for my taste. The staff was great, but if I'm nick picking, we had asked for a late checkout and told we could stay until noon. The cleaning staff came by at least 3 times starting around 9 checking if they can clean the room yet. I wouldn't fault them too much as they were polite, but one of the cleaning ladies said we weren't on their list for late checkout. It ended up fine.

The place is new and very clean. It is also driving distance to restaurants and shopping. Great amenities on site and the rooms are quite spacious.

I've asked the cleaning staff to clean our rooms on three separate occasions and they never came. We lasted 5 nights without the room being refreshed or the bathrooms cleaned. We did not even get fresh towels we asked for at the front desk. Not sure the communication regarding room cleaning was properly encoded and decoded.

Was surprised by how quiet this location near the interstate, shopping centers, and other businesses was. Quick to get right where you need to be but a secluded oasis with everything you could wish for. Staff at reception, breakfast, and in front of the building were extremely courteous, too.

Good location just off the interstate. New hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff, easy check in. Well appointed rooms.

Breakfast was just ok. Some things a little overcooked, but a good variety to pick from though. The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

This hotel had it all clean large room with everything you could ask for great quality products in the bathroom and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful staff was friendly always had a smile .

Room was very spacious. Shower was walk in, and bathroom size good. Tea and coffee making and a large fridge.

Breakfast. It was terrible. Some fruit would be nice. Yogurts could also be improved. Eggs in the form of an omlette were bad.

I like the helpful staff, especially Patience Bollinger Sarmento. She helped me tremendously with finding the right room for me for the dates I needed.
