Our family loved the hot breakfast. We stayed for a week and ate breakfast there everyday. Good variety, eggs, omelets, cinnamon rolls, sausage, bacon, cereal, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, toasts and breads, and even bars for people in a hurry. The value times 7 days times 4 people... unbeatable. The room was nice and clean. The staff were all more than pleasant. My daughter was coming down with a sore throat and we went downstairs close to midnight and the wonderful woman at the front desk helped me with bottled water and salt packets, tea and honey to help soothe her throat.

It was convenient to restaurants as well as to the hospital (MCG)were I was going every day For a family member The front desk staff during day We're very helpful when I had to return check in because of staying longer I stayed a total of 10 days Will book again if needed

The staff was especially helpful & nice. We just stayed 1 night & were tired from getting in so late. The room was clean, beds were comfortable & the air worked great!! We would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was awesome too! 😊

The breakfast was good and the hotel location was great! This was our 2nd stay there in a little over a week, and when extra family members had to come into town, the staff didn’t hesitate to get another room for us!! We’ll definitely stay there again when we have to return to Augusta Ga.

The girl that checked us in was super sweet and friendly and made the process so much easier just from being so nice. There lobby and breakfast area look very clean and nice. There’s a cute fire place in the lobby. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was clean. The shower was great. The beds and pillows were great too.

The only downside was the pool was being worked on. It looked really nice and we’re hoping we’ll get to try it out next year.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Entire facility was tidy, smelled and felt clean and coflmfortable. Room and bed was very comfy.

Not enough vending on the floors. Mildly inconvenient having to go to lobby for drinks.

The breakfast was good with such a wide variety and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean.

The price for one night was steap for just a one night's stay

Hot breakfast with great choices, the staff was fantastic, courteous and friendly, pricing was great for such a clean & safe, environment. And the beds, oh man, like sleeping on a cloud!!! Highly recommend this property!!

The heated pool and the breakfast was delicious. The workers were friendly. The bed was comfortable.

Jacuzzi was cold and the lotion holder was broken in the bathroom.

The bed we slept in felt contoured towards the middle. It was to the point my husband and I both ended up in the middle of the bed. That made it harder to sleep. But overall great experience!
