The pool is nice , though we were surprised at the cleaning time of the pool and did wonder if this was a strategic time or for what reason . I think it was closed 10am until 11;30am . we got caught out the first day as we didn't read the sign or expect it to be closing. The mini golf, flying fox was enjoyed by the children and adults , the children enjoyed doing the scavenger hunt.

The only thing I didn't like was that the beds , I was sleeping in the room with the bunks, were not made up and there was no top sheet. I had to ask for one and then make my bed.. I do like the beds made up .

Many fun things for the kids to do:) the pool was so good! Bathroom and kitchen close. Kitchen very well equipped! Love that I didn’t need to pack pots and pans but also free bbq areas!!! LOVE adult only time in the pool.

Please note room 8 the double mattress is so thin it’s a horrible sleep you can feel the slats. I slept with my child on there single mattress. Also one trampoline in summer there are a lot of kids parents were waiting with their toddlers because they couldn’t jump with bigger kids perhaps another tramp? Could spice up the tv room or make little more child/family friendly

The shared facilities are great. There was a hot swimming pool, tennis court, chess, table tennis, playground etc.

There is confusion through the photos of which kind of room we booked. We thought that we had booked an nice apartment, but finally, we slept in bunkbeds without a private toilet. Even during this review, the photos are from a fully equipped apartment. There was an unpleasant smell in the room with the bunkbeds.

Lots of activities for children. The geothermal pool was lovely.

A little bit more detail to cleanliness. Lots of cobwebs in the high corners. Insects stuck on the ceiling. Walls are a bit too thin. Could hear my neighbour snoring.

Love the hot pool and that there are other activities like the mini golf and frisbee golf. Lovely staff!

My kids were a bit disappointed they didn't have the trikes to hire or any bikes

Great for children with the hot pools and a selection of activities for them to play. Shared kitchen and outdoor cooking area were good. A variety of accommodation options.

Muddy, some outdoor equipment and areas need to be repaired or upgraded. The shared lounge had little or no activities and the furniture was old .

Staff were very friendly Accommodation was good Scenic site, even with the current renovations

Would have been nice to have had the room vacuumed during our stay, or at least have been asked for that to happen as we were there for 5 days

Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Lovely pools, we will definitely be back!

We arrived late at night (as arranged), the room was messy and not ready, so they kindly upgraded us to the bigger cabin. Very comfortable and everything we needed.

Everything excellent for kids heaps for them to do and relaxing for adults staff very helpful and freindly

There was nothing to dislike could not fault the staff or facilities

Amazing place with great facilities would be good to have the pool open for another hour

Nothing just the pool to be open a little longer but that may be because it’s winter
