Our stay at Tuscany on Thames was short but memorable! The manager, Debbie, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. While the pool was on the smaller side, the kids absolutely loved it, and the fact that there were no closing hours was a huge bonus. The kids were also thrilled with the hot tub in the room—it was such a treat! Secure parking added peace of mind, and though we were only there for one night, we’re already planning to return on our next visit to Thames. Highly recommend!

In fact, I stayed in Tuscany on Thames for 3 weeks - that is how much I enjoyed this little gem. My apartment had a wonderful, uninterrupted view over the ranges. Every morning, my first thing after waking up was to watch the sunrise and at night - the glorious sunsets. The rooms were clean and stylish. I had everything I needed - a lovely kitchenette with a stove, a very comfortable bed in a very quiet bedroom, sofa and sky in the living room and an outdoor area. The big spa bath was a bonus. Ample and convenient parking and great location, just a few minutes drive to the centre. Carole, the host, and the maintenance staff were always kind, friendly and approachable. Carol would go miles away to accommodate the guests' needs. I highly recommend Tuscany on Thames to every discerning traveler. You won't be disappointed.

The small pool was a refreshing dip after a long sticky drive. The room was well equipped and there were some great added extras and good recycling features. Location was helpful but not particularly scenic

Room was very clean and well set up. Plenty of choice with coffee and tea. Nice to have bottle of real milk for room rather than UHT capsules. Bed very comfortable . Staff very accommodating.

Location close to main road traffic noise . But did book knowing this . Skinny car parks .

The building looks attractive. The yard is tidy. The room is clean. The bathroom is nice, and there is an ample supply of coffee packets.

That sofa bed is nothing more than a double sofa; it cannot be unfolded and is very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Absolutely loved the unit we had spacious, comfortable, modern. Beautiful kept grounds. Outstanding cleanliness. Loved the condiments.

Very spotty internet, couldn't establish internet long enough to do a few emails. Outside of the internet 10/10

Beautiful unit and spotlessly clean! Carole our host was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Road is a bit noisy at times but close the windows and put the air con on which was wonderfully cool!

We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend Tuscany on Thames if you are going to Thames. Lovely hostess who makes you feel very welcome. The pool was a wonderful way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

I forgot to order breakfast so advice would be staff to mention breakfast ordering on check in. Had to be in by 7pm I saw it in info book in room at 8.30pm. Would have liked brekie.

Big room and bathroom. Very comfortable furnishings. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary cooking equipment. Lovely little touches like a handmade postcard gift and cards and dice to use for playing games. The hotel was also making a conscientious effort to reduce or eliminate the use of plastics.
