The location is perfect for a quick stay in Whangamata. Walking distance to the beach and the main strip of shops and cafes. Very clean and tidy. Perfect amount of room for a couple.

The only thing that was a bit weird was they didn’t provide any soap, only shampoo & conditioner. I would have preferred soap in the shower. They also only give you one rubbish bag. So we had to buy some more. Other than that, no complaints about our stay :)

Room was great and really more like a small studio so there was plenty of space! We unfortunately only stayed for a night but the spacious closet and kitchenette would make this a great place for a longer stay. Great location close to downtown area and beaches.

We arrived at night so it was hard to find the small sign out front to make sure we knew where we were going. The driveway to the back is very narrow and outside wasn’t well lit so we had to use flashlights to navigate entering our room. Shower could use some extra cleaning or updating.

Nothing really, the decorating taste was excellent and a credit to the owners. WI FI information was not available to us as we were on the move and missed the details provided back in our base in Australia. Suggest leaving this in written form in the Unit.

Was perfect for our one night stay in Whangamata to attend a friend’s significant birthday- only minor issues were bathroom floor prone to getting slippery and mirror could be better lit for party makeup application.

The room was clean, modern decor with a beach type feel, Bed was comfortable and a great bathroom. Couldn't of asked for more for the price. Will stay here again when we return

Nothing we didn't like, Just drive carefully up the narrow drive way, But sufficient parking once you get to your room

The room smelt clean and was in excellent condition. It had all the amenities you would need on a road trip. The WiFi was good, and allowed us to continue planning our trip. Location was excellent, walkable to the beach and town centre. Spare pillows and throws readily available to combat the cold. Size of the room was perfect.

Location a real plus , easy and quick to walk into town or to the beach. Comfortable bed, great shower and everything you need close at hand .

Very tight driveway and parking the only downside.

Cups and spoons were dirty, all the doors were off their rails (we put them back on), shower pressure not great

Location was fantastic (short walk to the beach and town), modern appliances, bed was insanely comfortable, apartment was clean and owners were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

A very attractive &(spanish)styled house, location is ideal close to town center only 200m walk..& beach is only 3-400m. The Lovely front apartment which can sleep up to four also had a beautiful cobblestone courtyard with a covered porch with plenty of seating & also an outside fireplace if you so desired to light up is an extra very few places have. The entire site has excellent top quality paving & car parking areas.

Nothing was disliked, the apartment was perfectly situated for a whangamata stay.
