Location was great. We were only there briefly, literally to sleep and shower was great, everything clean. Host were lovely and accommodating in regards to the bad weather etc. Looks like a great family place with plenty on site to do. Sadly time wasnt on my side but i plan to come back and explore more.

Honestly the only thing i can fault for $400 a night is being expected to do my own dishes and recycling. I know it seems petty but when traveling on a break, these are things i look forward to NOT doing (not that im messy). Personally this was a chore i could have done without, being exhausted from travel etc. I travel often and this was new. I put my 3 bottles out as instructed to avoid an extra fee. My only gripe. Sorry.

The Pool is great and the BBQ area with new seating was nice. I liked our outlook of our apartment with the balcony overlooking the tennis court. Nice and private. Nice and clean and friendly flexible staff - we were late for our check in and they communicated well.

Some furnishings could have a bit of a more personal touch - eg couches could be replaced and colour added. Button on the toilet needs replacing but nothing major just could do with a bit warmer styling vs other places in this price range. We only had 3 adults and it could sleep up to 5 but it would need more space for 5 - eg a fridge freezer was in the lounge space and it was a little small but perfectly fine for 3.

Really lovely welcoming from the gentleman at the reception - easy to check in and super friendly. Parking was easy, we were in an upstairs two bedroom apartment and parking was just downstairs at the front. The apt was super clean, tidy and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the pillows too. Essentials like mini milk satchets and shampoo/conditioner were provided. No oven but so close to many restaurants and food outlets. I stayed with a girlfriend, but I would love to return soon with my daughter as the place has a great family-friendly community feel - immaculate swimming pools, spa, tennis court and even playgrounds right over the fence. The location is supreme, walkable to beach and everything else you may need. Only lost a point for the decor in the rooms which could use some refreshing (old style couches and furnishings etc). But really a minor point, and everything is lovely enough for an enjoyable stay. Would stay again.

We love the Palm Pacific, stayed there many times before, but not for a few years. We were pleased to see some good maintenance had been undertaken at the property since we were last there, including some new fencing, a new court on the tennis courts and a new spa pool. Our unit (20) was in good nick, clean and tidy and pretty well equipped. We had good communication from the manager Dan before our arrival.

Not much at all, our unit could have done with a dish rack and a cloth for cleaning down the bench, but pretty minor inconvenience.

Loved the hot spa, the kids soaked for an hour had to pull them out:—) love showers you can feel, and the shower in the unit is magical- the sheets in the bed had that crispy clean feel to them, and although the manager was over the top helpful, we just don’t have te opportunity to stay at the property in future. This is my honest opinion of the lovely loveliness of the unit.

There’s too much to Like! It’s so central, the unit was huge, the staff so helpful!!! Maybe the kitchen was too small we turned the table around so we weren’t crunched up beside the fridge

Amazing location, so close to all the cafes and shops and beach. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the tennis court and pétanque and the pool/ spa. Beds and pillows were super comfy! Sky TV was a real bonus. Looking around at other options this was really great value for money. Staff were very communicative and helped us out when needed.

The pool is really deep the whole way along so make sure you pack some floating devices for young children. There is the shallow toddler pool for really little ones though which is great. The downstairs apartments are awesome for proximity to the facilities but kids running around upstairs can sound like elephants.

The rooms were spacious, well fit out and clean on arrival. The location was great, right next to Smokey Pallet which is a favourite of ours as well as a local playground. The facilities were great! Sauna, spa, pool, kids pool, laundry and lots of grass and communal seating areas (among other facilities). We will definitely be back!

Only an issue as we are travelling with a toddler but the curtains allowed a lot of light through - nothing a portable black out curtain couldn’t fix though.

The central location made it easy to walk to supermarket, for dinner and to get to the beach. The pool was clean and a good temperature, and the kitchen well stocked with appliances, plates, glasses and cooking dishes.

It would have been nice to have had a double bed in both rooms.

The big room, the beds so comfy, the bath, air con, pool including the toddler pool and the tennis court. We checked in late so our room was all ready for when we arrive as the office was closed. Instructions were texted to us so we knew what to do.

Didn't like not having a net curtain in lounge area as our room was right infront of the tennis court so anyone playing tennis could see right in our room. Not having a remote for the first night

The location was great, right on the main street. There is a tennis court and swim pool. The stuff was super friendly and helpful!

In the wind, some extremely loud noise was coming from the roof which made sleep impossible. It was very disturbing. The fridge door was dirty, I had to clean it off. The bed cover had some obvious stain, it looked like it hadn’t been washed at all. The kitchen tables and chairs were very old style and so as the living room sofas and table. The place would look and feel much nicer if they were upgraded.
