Restaurants are excellent, staff are exceptional and location is superb for walking into Cancun. Pool and bar staff are consummate professionals as is the Conciege who organised great activities

This is a “time-share” hotel which gives preference to guests who have enrolled- what this means is that a “normal” paying guest has second class access to pool and other facilities which is deeply frustrating…. It feels like you’ve paid for two business class tickets but once you are on the plane you’re being directed to the right and into the “economy seats” it’s for this reason we will not be returning.

Myself and my husband stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and had the best time ever! For the moment we walked in, the customer service was top notch, we was greeted with a healthy Coconut drink along with a heated neck pillow whilst we sat and ran through all our details at reception. We arrived at the hotel way before check but they still allowed us to use all their facilities. I cannot fault this hotel it’s was 10/10 from the food to decor, entertainment. We are so grateful for our butler service. Thank you to Rosa and Eric for everything. We had flowers, chocolates and more. The white sandy beach in front of the hotel and the hotels pool is amazing and slightly warm. I could go on and on how good this place is.

Beautiful property, modern finishes, and great pools. the outside is currently under construction however, the rest of the property was extremely beautiful. I really enjoyed how clean they kept the beach.

some of the restaurants need a bit of updating and obvious favorite was the Italian restaurant. the French restaurant the fine dining option, I could have done without. The only thing I wish they had more of is evening entertainment. There was literally nothing to do but to go to bed after 9 PM

The service is amazing! Every single employee goes out of their way to offer the best experience. You can tell the staff is very well-trained. The beds are comfortable, and the included Spa hydrotherapy was very relaxing. Love the view from the main pool. The French restaurant Lumière was by far our favorite. Each dish was impressive and delicious.

The worst part was the breakfast. There are only two options, which doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing. However, the buffet was underwhelming and not at the level of a 5-diamond resort. Many things were missing and the food was rather cheap and low quality. It wasn't any different from a 5-star buffet. The second breakfast option is à la carte at Terraza. However, the menu is very small. Over the days, my partner and I tried almost all the dishes and nothing was great. We were also underwhelmed by the steakhouse and the Japanese restaurant. Nothing special and at the Japanese restaurant everything was very salty. We did love the sashimi!

The sales pitches. Right as you barely check in and then again as you are leaving. Very offputting. I would not expect an establishment of this type to act like a timeshare conversation. I felt the sales person was a little bit pushy and definitely irritated that we didn’t want to hear the rest of the sales pitch at breakfast. Completely turned me off from this resort. There are so many other options that I’m sure are also very beautiful without that sales pressure.

This was the best hotel we've ever stayed in, we loved every detail of it from the beautiful beach through to the espresso&chocolate bar to their phone application which you can use to order anything to your room. Special thanks to the staff and a supervisor lady Marianah, who made our honeymoon unforgettable. They pay a lot of attention to their guests and their requests.

Basically everything. It's not 10/10 exceptional, you will be able to find some minor nit-picks if you really want to most likely, for example - restaurants are perfectly fine. Exceptional, surprising? No. Perfectly fine. But overall - it was absolutely wonderful. Exactly what we wanted and needed.

If we really stretching - location, because ocean is not really swimmable, at best we saw "yellow" flag. But there's plenty of room in the pools and this was not an issue for us.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that some people were "reserving" poolside loungers early in the AM, and leave for hours at a time. In fact, most loungers would have stuff on them by midday but be empty. It wasn't fair for others who showed up later to dozens of empty but reserved loungers. However, the staff did they best to help us find loungers and I appreciated the efforts they went through to do thay

Room was very comfortable. Dehumidifier would be nicer. Butlers, Luis, Juan and the other young man I cannot recall his name(Gustavo?) were so very helpful. Also, the concierge at first floor has guided us through COVID test process. Breakfast is excellent with more than ample varieties of choices. Concierge there, remembered our name after only one visit. We appreciate that. Yama was a bit disappointing, not quite Japanese. Wait staff were great. Blanc breakfast, Amy, Fernando, Manuel were really nice to us. We loved pizza at Terraza staffed by good people like Hilario and Lizandro. Accidentally a beer glass was broken one day, the reaction and handling of the incident was impeccably excellent. Everytime we visit, we enjoy Lumiere and Bella the most. Servers are great, especially Enrique and Sarain(? not sure of spelling).

Blanc steak dinner; We were not given a roll until we asked. Cesar's Salad was not prepared at the table, server did not remember who ordered which meat, and waited for so long to be asked for coffee and the dessert that never came. We left very disappointed with his service. The restaurant was not that busy. With plenty of staff, it did not appear he was overwhelmed.

Clean, modern, location was great, food choices and quality were delicious and the butler service was outstanding. Good gym and beautiful spa facilities
