I liked how big and spacious our room was. My wife and I traveled with our 7 month old so it was great to have the extra room to set up her bed. The bed that we slept in was more comfortable than most and was huge! The bathroom was spacious as well and. Not only was the room very clean, but was nicely decorated and felt like it was money well spent to book this hotel.
The black out curtains didn't close all the way due to the design of the curtain rod. So the room was lighter than usual during the night. The electronic light pad at the door was really bright as well. It didn't have a way to dim it down so I had to put a couple layers of tape over it to make it not so bright. The smoke detector would flash on and off this super bright white light (like flash on a camera), so that didn't help when it came to sleeping as well. The bathroom didn't have a vent so it just got really steamy at times.

It was very nice, quiet, great location to walk to some bars and restaurants. Very boutique. Clean, modern, fresh.
Disappointed because we had some delays in getting to Waco and had planned in time to arrive for dinner so missed that but since we were in Waco til Tuesday we though we will just have lunch or dinner in the restaurant before leaving town. Knowing the restaurants closed on Monday. Only when we arrived the receptionist informed us the restaurant was also going to be closed on Tuesday. Also we put the do not disturb sign in the door but noticed the maid service came in anyway while we were out.

Hotel Pivovar was exactly to my liking, time stopped, a breath of some earlier times... Classically furnished, a nice change compared to standard hotel rooms. In the room we had a secretary desk similar to the one in my childhood room that I have had since I was eight years old and which was my study desk all my childhood so i went back in time and felt cozy. When making the reservation, the visitors wrote in reviews that the transport railway passes right by the hotel and that several trains during the night interrupted their sleep, some wrote that the railway should not fool us into not making a reservation, because the train does not pass every night at the same time, so we still decided to take the risk. There was no train that night, it didn't pass until noon the next day and it sounded so sweet, the sound was really not disturbing, even cute. In the distance, a live band could still be heard playing, which was quite unusual for a Thursday evening... The hotel is located right next to "Siloses" , has a beautiful restaurant and we got two free bears ( their originally brewed we took in cans the next day). There is free parking behind the hotel.Absolutely a magnificent experience for the whole family. We really really enjoyed our stay.
They don't have breakfast, but that is unnecessary because you go and have breakfast at Magnolia Market across the street. Otherwise, you will be full and can not try delicious pastries at Magnolia.

The Pivovar is the best kept secret in Waco. Awesome, spacious rooms with all the amenities. It is truly a 5-Star/4-Star Plus hotel. The restaurant and brewery connected to the hotel just enhance the value I have been a loyal customer to a chain hotel close by, but never again. The Pivovar is my new hotel in Waco to call home. It is absolutely amazing. Why stay anywhere else?
The seating in the King Room, although a great space, could have used one more softer/comfier chairs. But we enjoyed our large sitting area with a friend over snacks and a glass of vino. It was perfect.

loved the location and hotel was very pretty and close to restaurants. staff checked us in when we arrived late and were accommodating. also loved that they had coffee ready for guests. Beds were super comfy. Pillows were very comfortable. mattress to die for. very clean room. AC was cold. TV worked ok and liked you could login to your own HULU on ROKU accounts. Elevators were quiet and liked the bottled water fountain you could refill with artesian water. Parking was easy and understandable lot. Staff gave directions to us when asked and recommendations for local eateries and sights to check out. Little on the expensive side for a hotel on weekends but didn't feel unsafe or unclean at all.
wish beds had thicker blanket then a throw quilt or option in closet. Didn't like shower heads. Didn't do much but spray water but not directly. Also didn't care for the open area of the shower. Was difficult to keep water from exiting shower. Snack options were nice but seemed a bit expensive for the convenience of having them. 3 dollars for a coke or 5 dollar pretzels? Also shower mixing valve was a bit difficult to understand to get which way was hot or cold. Wish they had more cover over front entrance when raining.

Great location to visit Magnolia, Baylor and downtown area. Our room was clean, spacious and furnished nicely. The bed was very comfortable with good housekeeping each day. Front desk staff was also friendly. Our standard room had coffee maker and refrigerator. The refrigerator was partially stocked with beverages you could buy. Definitely would stay again
It was located in a neighborhood with a train and concert venue nearby. This did not bother us as the air conditioning blocked out the noise. If you have children there is no pool

We loved the property. It’s beautifully furnished and feels like a little slice of old school Europe (which as a Brit, -12 years in Texas, I really liked.) It’s small enough to be boutique but big enough for you to feel the infrastructure of a larger hotel. It’s just a few paces from the Magnolia silos complex and walking distance from a number of great downtown restaurants and bars. The restaurant attached is excellent as are the beers made in the onsite brewery. Lastly, on the point a few others have made about the noise of the railway, which I can tell you straight off the bat, has largely been overstated. Look, if you’re awake, sure you’ll hear it once or twice in the night, but only just as you’d hear a cop car on the street or a family walking past your bedroom door as they head off to bed. It’s really no big deal and as some other reviewers have said, there’s even something rather comforting and ‘old west’ about it.
We had one very minor issue in that my wife needed more blankets quite late at night, but on asking for them they were at our door within a few minutes.

It was close to Magnolia. I also like the fact that it had a restaurant and brewery downstairs.
It seemed like it might be a little unsafe at night after dark because I did notice that there were some homeless people nearby. And although the train did not bother me, it did bother some others in our party because the train was so close and loud in the middle of the night. We did not need to use the microwave however we did find it odd that the microwave was shared in the hallway between hotel room rooms. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

As is true of most hotel rooms, the lighting could be better. The floor lamp didn’t work and there was no good task lighting. The room was quite large and had a bench in front of the bed where we could open our luggage. Big plus! The shower had a rain forest head which I hate. You could only direct it at you, not over you and had very little adjustment. The shower was my least favorite experience of the room. We also found the TV difficult to navigate but this wasn’t a big problem since we weren’t in the room much.

This unique hotel was clean, spacious and had some lovely antiques in my room and throughout the floor . The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location was next to the Magnolia complex and across the street from a large bus transit stop. The Pivovar restaurant was a fun place to eat one of my evening meals. I was within walking distance of a number of places and took an Uber to Magnolia Table for brunch.
This hotel met my needs. I did hear the train whistle one night
