Motel is nothing like the photo on your website. You allow it to mislead travelers. You should insist on current photo of white motel from 1950’s. Room is baroque. Price was reasonable good value but decor was funky.

Just be honest about room decorations. If people want to stay there they should be able to make a knowledgeable choice. We sat on porch watching chipmunks and had a lovely break after museum. Overall a good value but a real shock when we arrived. Your website should provide reliable information to customers. Get this straightened out!

This quaint Inn was ideally located for our trip to Williamstown. The suite was definitely what we were looking for instead of staying in a motel or an extremely, more expensive hotel. The check in was easy and there was a complimentary discount for food at the accompanying restaurant next door.

The room was a bit musty. Probably due to the extreme rains however, it could have been aired out before our arrival. It was very clean however. We had just stayed at an extremely nice, chain hotel at about the same price and, quite honestly, I think the Inn was a bit overpriced. I will probably choose another spot should we need to stay overnight in the area.

The room and location were excellent. Reception was very pleasant. Food in the attached restaurant was good, and being walkable made it extremely convenient.

The restaurant had been issued a health warning, requiring that water be boiled due to e. coli. Our room was attached to the restaurant building and it was made clear if the warning applied to the our room as well. Other rooms were in a detached buliding and they were not subject to the health warning.

We loved the room, very cozy, fire place and jacuzzi tub was great. Staff was very friendly, and recommended the restaurant that was attached to the Inn. The restaurant had some off the best food that I have had in a long time, we were quite impressed.

The driveway and parking lot was difficult for my Corvette to get around being so low to the ground, they should grade the driveway and parking lot.

We wanted something a little more remote and relaxing and found this beautiful Inn by the creek. Great room with fireplace and spa bath. Cute, antique interior design. Staff was nice as well. Really enjoyed it.

I arrived late in the evening after a class reunion in Adams. My key with a note was taped outside the office, which was fine, but I had a little difficulty finding my unit, which was across the street.

I might have been alerted about the motel-like design and layout.

We had no breakfast there. Had to drive to get a take out breakfast. No staff there when we checked in or out; key with instructions was left taped to office door.

Would have liked a continental breakfast or a staff member to talk with. Water pressure very low.

Loved the fireplace and 4 poster bed. Also truly enjoyed the porch and coffee in the morning listening to the birds. Saw a bunny too!

We couldn’t get our TV to work but played a board game instead. We tried to reach someone via phone in case it was a simple fix but when we dialed 0 it didn’t connect with any staff so we let it go.

quiet , dainty , room was right next to the restaurant.

Room toilet was finicky, not cleaned throughly in the bathroom as residue built up along the side of the tub and hair in the corner . Also , outdated appliances. Booking.com not accurately describe amenities and property features.

The beautiful setting and gorgeous room, the 6 House Pub was great, delicious !

Office was not open to address needs. We didn't have TV until the following afternoon when my husband discovered the cable had been disconnected.
