Nice lobby, personnel, good Indian restaurant on lobby floor and nice lounge on top. Rooms are comfortable, clean. Breakfast is very good. The only dissatisfaction was the gym. The gym at this hotel does not meet the expected standards. The mirrors are smudged, the equipment is greasy and dirty, and the elliptical machine is out of order. The air conditioning only has a high setting, which makes it uncomfortable—either too cold or too hot when turned off. Additionally, the two very basic mats were stained, as if the staff overlooks the cleanliness. Management should take responsibility for maintaining these facilities, as it reflects directly on their oversight. In hotels, the demand for quality is often linked to the effectiveness of the managers and their attention to detail.

Excellent choice for breakfast. Infinity pool on rooftop was lovely and food in the restaurant there was excellent. Overall, a beautiful hotel and I'd certainly recommend it. Staff were superb and very attentive.

Some of the carpets along the corridors needed a vacuum. Shower in our suite was huge, but we couldn't get it to work properly. Two temperature settings, cold and boiling. There was no in between. We got maintenance to look at it and it looked like they fixed it, but following morning back to same again. This wouldn't put me off staying here again though as any hotel can have small issues like this.

This is a lovely well-located hotel that is about 20 mins walk from the Taj Mahal. While it does not have the same impressive public areas and leisure facilities as the Taj Mahal hotel in Delhi, the staff have the same high level of training and this was evident in the lady who checked us in, Catherine, who provided us drinks and a relaxing place to sit during checking then showed us to our rooms and refused a tip - which was a first in India. Overall, a well-located and good value hotel for visiting the Taj Mahal.

There was some water-staining in both of our rooms which we felt should have been fixed.

Location is about a 10-minute drive to the Taj Mahal and fort. Hotel room was very spacious and clean all over. There was no shortage of any facilities. Very comfortable The gym was very good with a variety of machines and free weight areas and areas for yoga. Food was excellent. I would consider including dinner when booking as there are only small road side cafes walking distance. Buffet service with a huge variety of veg and non veg food. What struct me most was the attentive of the staff they definitely wanted you have a good experience from the door service to reception and the restaurants. But even where they saw you they stopped to say hello and ask if you needed help. Very impressive.

The staff members were very good. Tanmoy and Santanu at the Indian restaurant (Forgot the name) were simply excellent. They deserve Special mention amongst your other staffmemebers.

The room size was not worth the money. I had suggested some simple improvements to make the small rooms to become a little more comfortable: Add some hooks at the bath door or specific locations for hanging towels and/or clothing in the bathroom. There is only one towel rack. Room size was depressing. I do not know how can you make it better except by making two rooms as one by breaking the room separating wall or something like that.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Taj Mahal and a New Year’s Eve gala dinner, and we were not disappointed. The rooms are spacious, perfect for three people (we traveled with a family of six and booked two adjacent rooms). Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, catering to all tastes. As expected from Taj, everything was at a high level. The New Year’s gala dinner was fantastic, with lots of delicious food and fun.

My only small note is that the music was a bit too loud, making conversation challenging in the gala room, but otherwise, the event was perfectly organized.

We had 2 rooms with deluxe king sized beds and stayed for 3 nights. Staff is great, especially the Chef (Chef Ashish) and the dining area staff members, the serving staff. They give individual attention and were always eager to make your breakfast and dinner special. Hats off to them, all stars to them. Food is good, covering a wide range from English breakfast to European cuisine to varieties of Indian breakfast, from Sambhar Idli, Dosa, to Parathas, to Aloo Luchi to Pakoras in breakfast, to different breads, naan, roti and sabzi in Dinner. There is a lot of variety available to chose from, from Italian pasta, pizza to mashed potatoes to Kimchi salad from Korea! Pool is superb and awesome, with view of the Taj and a nice area for snacking. They also had some nice activities in he evening for kits, like puppet show and pottery, which kids enjoyed a lot.

Rooms are nice, but due to renovation work going on, the cleanliness wasn't that great. I actually saw the dirt specks on the wall of our room for 3 days. Even housekeeping was a bit lacking, one day the hand towels were not there, another day, they forgot to keep moisturizing body lotion and shower gel. They did provide the same when asked for, but why should there be a need to ask.

We were half board; the dinner and breakfast buffet were really good, wide selection of Indian and European foods, fresh fruits and masala chai, really good. The rooms were comfortable, and swimming in the pool with a view of the Taj Mahal was incredible, we had ice coffee in the sunshine, it was perfect. Then it was a close walk to the buses that take tourists down to the Taj Mahal, so good location. A very grand lobby and helpful staff, who organised a tour of Taj Mahal, and anything we need, will definitely stay here again.

Honestly there was nothing I could fault at this Taj, was a very enjoyable stay and will be staying here again. The only issue I had with this part of the trip was after the tour of the Taj, we were taken to three locations to see some of the handicrafts and the hard-sell of their products e.g. marble, fabrics and jewellry, but I understand that this is to help local trade, so tipped and bought a couple of small items, but was intense.

Food was amazing, and chefs were taking feedback with all the guests. Room was clean, however wallpaper was coming out due to seepage, may be which I think should be replaced as it is not expected from a prestigious hotel chain. Pool was good, staff was available there for help. Overall our experience was exceeding the expectation. Best part for us was your staff and food. It was really good.

We loved the location, walking distance to Taj Mahal. Mahesh was a great driver, pleasant to deal with. Lavi was accommodating and organised our day tours efficiently with great guide Deepak who was fantastic and made the experience memorable.

There was no sparkling wine available at any of the bars or restaurants which was disappointing, a lot of cocktails on menu also included sparkling wine not available. Cocktails not the best value for money, came with no garnish, tasted good but not pleasant to look at. Pool could have more lounges available as both times we visited no lounges available.
