I have no complaints from the moment I checked in to the moment I left everything was awesome. The young lady who checked me in was extremely friendly competent and efficient. I also had a conversation with two laundry women whom work very hard to keep linens fresh clean and folded for all of the guests. They are also excellent employees. And they work in a very uncomfortable environment which I could observe, It is very hot in the laundry room where they work and they were doing it without a single complaint and smiles on their face they deserve raises

What was needed

The was confusion at check-in, as somehow my name had been entered incorrectly into the system after my reservation using booking.com. My first name was shown as my last name, and vice versa. Also, the drain had issues, and the key to one of our two rooms failed the second night and needed to be replaced.

Clean room, comfortable. Location is excellent for the business we were in Bangor for.

Some items need to be upgraded or replaced. The door cards worked sporadically and the window shade track needed to be tightened.

I got my bill for breakfast the morning that we left and was totally surprised at how cheap it was. Less than $11 dollars for the four of us to eat was amazing.

I only had 2 issues with my stay. The first was walking in to a room that had 2 Queen beds when I expected and reserved 2 King beds. The other issue was the young child running up and down the hall screaming at 10:30PM while me and my children were trying to settle down for the night. Other than those 2 issues it was wonderful. I got my bill for breakfast the morning that we left and was totally surprised at how cheap it was. Less than $11 dollars for the four of us to eat was amazing. Thank you!! We will stay here again!! And this time hopefully we will get the King rooms that I reserve.

The beds were so comfortable. We all slept well. The breakfast was good and kept up going for most of the morning hiking in Acadia. The staff was so friendly and helpful!

It has great handicap facilities. Our son had knee surgery and was provided a room he could easily move around in and the bathroom/shower was setup so we had no fear for leaving him alone in his room.

Cleanliness and Staff members were great!

Thin walls. Everyone and everything was heard coming down the Halls.

The property has been renovated. The room was beautiful! Everything was new and updated, even the air conditioner.
