Breakfast needs major improvement not the best. Also one of the back doors does not lock and I have come in thru the door and it's open. Anyone could get in the hotel this makes me a little bit nervous. One stay before this I had told the front desk about but it seems it was not taken care of. Another thing I came down for breakfast and there was a gentlemen that had all his clothes on the floor and smelling what was clean or dirty. I decided to take my breakfast upstairs

The location is closed to the bus stop with only 6-minute walk. The staff was attentive and welcoming us. We were well informed about our check-out time and our rooms. Additionally, The parking space is spacious.

The hotel was old given that we paid extra prices during the game season. Thus, the price was higher than the usual. However, we had no choices but this hotel. There could be a refurbishment or some renovations in the hallway with more decorations. It is suitable for someone who own a car. The breakfast was basic. I wish there was a salad, but there was none.

This property is very conveniently located approximately 10 minutes to Madison. Plenty of eateries right next to hotel to choose from as well if you do not wish to drive. The hotel is so well maintained and so clean I directly spoke to the property manager to tell him how proud of his team he should be!! Every area of this location was impeccably maintained and clean!

How peacefully it was

No complaints other than not use the elevator when it was being worked on. It should be a nightly thing so wasn't shut down during the day time . But worked around it although I had hard times with the stairs.

The pool area was wonderful. The water was comfortable and the hot tub was in working condition.

Our room’s air conditioning took forever to work and the lights on the unit didn’t work. There was a street light shining into our room and the drapes/window coverings didn’t keep it out. Hallways smelled like pot in some areas.

Housekeeping leaves a Lot to be desired And the smoking area is not comfortable or safe. It's located behind a bunch of trees where it's impossible to see around you when it gets dark. It's filled with a lot of bugs and birds

· Easy to walk to from the bus stop. Very friendly. I'm not much for low-budget continental breakfast, but, it was laid out nicely. There was plenty of it. Various breads, including grainy choice. Nice coffee, etc. Well managed and all 3 staff I had the opportunity to work with at the front desk were very genuinely friendly, accommodating, helpful, etc.

The staff was great! They were very friendly and helpful.we had no problems. They had the best coffee that we have ever had at any hotel we've ever stayed at, loved it. If we ever go to Madison again we will definitely stay at this hotel!!

Pool and hot tub open late, free breakfast and coffee

Everything was good. Except there was a constant noise I could hear from my room that may have been coming from the (factory?) across the street. It sounded like a slow vibrating of some sort. I also was given the key to an occupied room when I first checked in and that was uncomfy to walk into.

It was clean, relaxing, and quiet! The pillows were the perfect combo of soft and firm! The room had a microwave and a mini fridge!

The only bad thing I can say is the hours for breakfast, I wish they were longer.
