I had an incredible stay at this apart-hotel! The entire property was impeccably clean, and my apartment was spotless, cozy, and felt just like home. The layout was beautifully designed, offering both style and functionality, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet still quiet and relaxing. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed. This apart-hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again!

The property was clean, modern and equipped with modern facilities. The location is excellent, close to mini markets, cafes and some restaurants, about 4 min walk to the beach. Very close to bus stops that connect you to many central areas in Tel Aviv, within average time of about 20 mins, and very high frequency of those bus lines (every 5 mins). Many shared e-scooters can be found around, and convenient bicycle lanes in the area. The owners were super friendly and helpful.

It was over our expectation, we had no complaints.

Very clean and tidy room really close to the beach. Communication with the staff was flawless and they were very helpful. If you are coming by car,there is a private parking 150 m from the hotel and the price is around 90 ISL/ 12 hours (more or less). You can park at the 5th and 6th floor and take care that it tends to be full towards the late evening.

There is nothing to complain about, just maybe that it is rather difficult to find the hotel as it is a little hidden from the main street and there are no signs with it's name.

Location was perfect just off Allenby St. A block from the beach, center of Tel Aviv Boutique adult only hotel One floor and quiet foyer and excellent room. Nice size room, larger bathroom . Good water pressure . Very clean. Plenty of power outlets and AC. Fast wifi. Excellent King bed with well balanced ( not hard not soft) mattress. Responsive concierge. Easy communication with whatsapp.

The property was absolutely excellent.

Unfortunately I damaged the mattress with a spillage. A more sturdy mattress protector might well have helped. As I tried to clean I just made it worst. I paid $300 and the owners were sympathetic and understanding although understandable not to pleased. I believe the matter was solved to our mutual satisfaction but i doubt they would welcome my return.

Sometimes it’s noisy inside, there was some walls drilling at daytime, when I tried to have some work calls. Sometimes it really stressed me out because I need to be in quiet place during important calls Also asked for a refill of bath gel, they said “can be done next day”, but nothing happened on the next day…

The best apartment I have stayed in Tel Aviv . Beautiful rooms . Spotlessly clean . Staff are so hospitable and helpful. I recommend highly to anyone A***** Also my daughter lost her phone and the property manager helped us get it back . I am so happy I found Allenbeach . I will be back as soon as possible.

The location was awesome, near to everywhere. The apartment was nice but a bit small for a long stay. We were offer one was a bit bigger , but it was kind of the same. No need to pay more for the same.

Everything you need you get but you need to pay. They could include at least one cleaning per week at no charge.

modern b&b style hotel with a very very nice hall and super gentle personnel. two minutes from the beach

it wasn’t clear it’s a b&b style hotel (or maybe it’s me) so full room cleaning and towels changing required a fee. they used a cleaning robot for the floor with no additional charge tho.
