Caroline was so friendly and welcoming. My room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was super comfy with fabulous pillows! The breakfast choice was outstanding, as was the service. Nothing was too much trouble. Caroline always greeted you by name and gave fabulous information to help you make the best of your visit. The Prince Albert pub opposite dud good pub grub and again staff were friendly and welcoming, as we're the staff in the little shop also opposite Park Farm bed and breakfast. Great location for accessing Windsor either by bus, walk, or taxi. Honestly, it's the best B&B I have ever used. As a lone single female traveller, I couldn't have felt safer!

There was absolutely nothing not to like!

It was a short flying trip for work but a great stay, the room was lovely and modern, super comfortable, very clean, hosts were really helpful and friendly. The robe and fan in the room was a nice touch. I felt really safe and well looked after. Easy to locate and easy access to the room. Will definitely book again when working in the area next.

The room next to me had the TV near the wall of where the bed in my room was, unfortunately the guest in that room had the TV on really loud and until very late so it was a bit annoying being right next to it. This was the only negative and possible suggestion to maybe move the position of the TV in the other room if that is possible but really this is only a small thing.

During the final days of our England trip, we had the pleasure of staying at Park Farm B&B in Windsor, and it was nothing short of delightful. Opting for the standalone Garden Lodge, we found a perfect blend of comfort and independence. The lodge was impeccably clean and well-equipped, featuring a galley kitchen with a washer/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave oven/grill, and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. The cozy bedroom and bathroom, complete with a heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries, made us feel right at home. Caroline, our gracious host, truly elevated our stay. Her warmth and attentiveness were evident from the moment we arrived. She provided invaluable local insights, from dining recommendations to navigating the area. Her delicious breakfasts, tailored to our preferences, were the perfect start to our days. The location of Park Farm B&B is ideal for exploring Windsor’s attractions. We enjoyed a lengthy and mind blowing visit to Windsor Castle, played a couple of mini golf rounds at LEGOLAND near Windsor, and enjoyed an amazing afternoon walk down the Thames path with some local friends we met up with. The proximity to Windsor Great Park and Eton College were an added perk to the local amenities. For dining, there were rarely a lack of options! The Prince Albert pub, located just opposite the B&B, offered hearty meals in a welcoming atmosphere. There are also a number of fine local eateries and dog-friendly pubs within easy walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the best of Windsor’s food scene. In summary, our stay at Park Farm B&B was a highlight of our trip. The combination of a comfortable, well-appointed and simply stunning lodgings, a prime and cozy location, and Caroline’s exceptional hospitality made for an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Park Farm B&B to anyone seeking a charming and convenient base in Windsor, and we sincerely hope we find a reason to visit Park Farm again.

Generous offer to check in early, friendly welcome by Caroline, the owner, upon arrival. Secure off street parking. Room small but decorated and furnished with taste and care. Very clean. Provision of bath robe and slippers (which we didn‘t use, but nice touch). Very pleasant toiletries. Kettle and ample coffee/ tea/ milk provided. (A suggestion would be to offer a small water bottle each). Beds were comfortable but we should have opted for a king size rather than the requested twin beds (reason was snoring). The beds were next to the wall and on their own are naturally somewhat narrow for turning. Breakfast was served with a friendly smile and attentiveness. The breakfast room is small but very tastefully furnished and with pretty tableware. A choice of options is available. Full English was perfectly cooked and of very good quality. Orange juice, fresh melon and other fruit, Joghurts, cereals, croissants, muffins and toast and jam were all on offer. We would definitely return, if we were to stay overnight in Windsor.

We requested twin beds, so that was how the room was made up, we would however opt to go for a king size bed next time, as it would be more comfortable for the room size.

The property was very pretty with off street parking available. I was greeted by a very friendly face whom was the Owner called Caroline, she was so lovely and gave me all the information anyone could possibly need for their visit to Windsor. Extra little touches in the room showed how much care goes into the B & B Park Farm.

Would of been nice to have alternative milk in my room for tea/coffee I had to be out early in the morning so wasn’t able to have breakfast (which I had seen from previous reviews that it was amazing) Gives me a good excuse to go back 😂 💕

The accommodation was a good size very clean and tastefully decorated with en suite facilities. Ther was a tv in the room with tea and coffee facilities. There was a wide choice of breakfast from full English to cereal or pastries. Caroline was lovely! Very helpful and provided maps and directions for us to use. The B&B had a very friendly atmosphere and we would definitely recommend and use again. It was a lovely stay and exceeded our expectations! Thank you Caroline!

Park Farm is a very comfortable B&B in Windsor within easy walk to the town and most facilities. We stayed in the cabin/studio which was beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Breakfast is excellent with good choices and beautifully cooked and presented. Caroline is a lovely host, very welcoming and knowledgable about the area and always on hand to help.

Nothing really although the traffic noise and aircraft noise from Heathrow is slightly intrusive in the cabin

Caroline, the owner, was fantastic and always ready to help in any way. The breakfast options were plenty to choose from and so delicious. Bed was quite comfy. The entire place is simply charming. Again, Caroline was just the best host one could ask for. I would enjoy being able to stay there again in the future.

Only one minor thing and it was probably my timing. On only one occasion, the shower water was either way too hot or way too cold and i had to be quick to get out of the way of spray. More than likely I decided to take a shower when everyone else decided same! Again, a minor inconvenience

Very generous carering from the owner, Caroline. Breakfast was made by her and on request: eggs (done any way you want), bacon, tea, toast, etc. Refilling the tea set and replacing towels when out during the day was very much appreciated too. She even gave me some gauze and bandage tape after I fell and scraped my knee! Good consistent wifi, clean and comfortable room, not too noisy despite being just off a busy road, and it's right across the street from a decent pub. Right near a bus stop where you can get to the castle/LHR airport, or arrive after getting off at the train station.

Shower was somewhat weak and difficult to adjust to the right temperature.

Host was lovely. Room was super comfortable. Location was great. Cleaned daily and fresh complimentaries daily. Breakfast was good great selection and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were really comfortable but needed firmer pillows

Hot tap in bathroom really stiff may need a plumber to sort it. Tv in the room positioning not great. Could have used firmer pillows but im nit picking. Was a great stay and for the for the first time I slept well every night I was there which has never happened on a break away ever!
