Literally everything about this resort was above and beyond any of my expectations. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was the most delicious food I've ever had at a hotel/resort. The spa experience was unexplainable... the best spa I've ever been to, it was also nice that they didn't charge any extra fees to use the spa. Magical mountainous location with FREE gondola access to go day hiking throughout many surrounding areas.

The property is very beautiful and peaceful in a wonderful location. Breakfast is amazing and delicious. The location is really great - it's a bit quiter but you can still get to some restaurants really close and some of the best sights within 45 minutes (like lago sorapis hike and tre cime hike). We also loved the steam room and sauna. My massage was fantastic but my husband said his was okay. Overall, I would recommend this place for the location and peaceful atmosphere. Claudia, who works in the dining room, was absolutely incredible - very helpful and kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.

The pillows and bed weren't the most comfortable but it wasn't too bad. Dinner was just okay - I'd skip including dinner and just get the breakfast because breakfast was fantastic. Eat at Martina pizza instead (SOOOO good). We also got laundry done and they didn't mention the prices and it came out to 200 euros which was an unexpected surprise. The bath treatment at the spa was also too cold so I didn't stay in it.

Everything was great, top accommodation and wonderful staff the food was exceptional, the wellness was beautiful and clean. Breathtaking natural beauty within reach definitely all recommendations for this hotel.

Nothing could be better just keep this level of quality, this is really top class. The most beautiful vacation of my life took place right here with you.

All the facilities were top class. State of the art spa, the indoor/outdoor pool was absolutely amazing. There is so much to choose from to do at this hotel, it feels like a 5 star resort. Staff were extra helpful when asked for directions on the bus line and shuttle. I highly recommend staying here, the views and location are unbeatable

The price is quite high. In autumn the farmers fertilize their fields. For particularly sensitive natures the smell can interfere with rest, but it is common problem for many Alpine areas

The hotel has fantastic location, our room was big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The big bath was a great addition! Upon arrival we were greeted with welcome drinks, the staff prepared a small appetizer in our room as we were celebrating a birthday. Dinner was tasty and plentiful and the outdoor pool was just amazing!

Breakfast could have had more options. One day we got back to the room after 2pm and it still wasn't cleaned. We then had to ask personally which is not something you normally have to do at a 4star hotel. Otherwise everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay!

Everything! Location is incredible, with hiking right out the front door. Staff was amazing, food wine were fantastic!

The meals were excellent. The food was amazing considering the number of people they were serving. We also saw the staff getting various things from around the property like herbs, etc so we knew it was very fresh. It was also excellent quality and taste. We loved Pejo and Stella and the bartender. The pool and spas were incredible. We loved swimming, and the sauna/spa/cool pool, etc were unsurpassed. We also loved the welcome drink. It was a fun reception as well as a good way to chat with other guests. The rooms were nice, cool lighting.

Our room was in the corner, so we did not get the benefit of opening the windows. The room just never cooled off even with the door completely open. Given how cool the air is at night, we hoped to be more comfortable sleeping. Also with the door open, cigarette smoke from below drafted into the room. Additionally, we booked a family suite for 5 people, and there was hardly room to walk, quite literally. One final thing we would say is that a concierge service would have been a nice addition for such a high end resort. For example, we asked about certain services at the front desk, and rather than the staff helping us, they just pointed us to an email address. It was a somewhat impersonal experience overall with the activities, etc.

Lovely location for people visiting this region of the dolomites. Parking available. Good check-in process. Excellent restaurant with good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Amazing value for food. We had breakfast included when we booked but offered upgrade to get lunch and dinner included for 10 euros each per person. We were sceptical at first and asked for more information but was good quality lunch and amazing dinner with choices and buffet salad and dessert. Unbelievably good value. We asked how they managed this and it is mainly because most/all hotel guests buy in to this so therefore they are able to offer such excellent value for money. Lovely service from staff all over the hotel. Great facilities

Only thing was a lack of air conditioning which I thought there was within the room.
