Good location, only ~10-minutes from station, on the flat. Very friendly & helpful staff although, for me, Google Translate was good to have as staff's English was limited. Breakfast was good and the food varied each day - good as the choice on any one day was a little small. Good to have phone charge points by the bed. I left behind something when I left, but the staff were kind enough to send it on to my next hotel.

Lack of restaurant for evening meal - although there are many fairly close by at the station and the AEON - this is a minor issue.

I liked philosophy of the chairman of APA hotel. Details - so many hooks to hang towels, clothes, bags, etc. Had the best toilet paper of all the hotels I used on this trip. Almost everything was thoughtfully planned, I liked the hotel even though the building probably was the oldest of hotels I stayed during this trip

I liked almost everything about this hotel. All the staff, from the first to the last day, were pleasant to deal with. 5 nights stay went well in this hotel.

Close to the train station it is a quick walk. There are supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants very close by. The staff was very welcoming and despite being there earlier than check in time, I could leave my luggage with them. The room was located in the annex building which is a short walk through a hallway. It had the perfect size for an overnight stay and all the amenities one could wish for. It was very clean, the bathroom as well. The bed was comfortable to sleep at and even with the window leading out to the street, it was a peaceful night.

Central air conditioning in the older wing meant we could not adjust the temperature. The room was very hot and stuffy because the air vent blew warm air - the rest of the hotel was cool/cold. I had to resort to opening the window to let cool air in and risk letting the rain in - i was bitten by mosquitoes.

Perfect location - under 10 minute walk to the main station. Also there are a host of different supermarkets, cheap discount stores to get small items like face masks. My room was very clean, it was quiet and perfect for my three night stay.

Wish I could stream my Netflix to the TV. I was stuck with limited options and the movies selection was extremely limited.

Location was great, quiet but close to a JR station and a big mall. The room is not huge but has decent floor space to open two luggages at the same time. Bathroom amenities were also generous. The hotel staff were really friendly and accomodating; it made for a pleasant stay.

There was a smart TV in the room but we could not connect to it for some reason. But this is a really minor point, not something to complain about.

location is very good... very near the JR station of Okayama... there are a lot of konbini nearby and access to establishments to get food or simply make a quick stroll... the room is pretty and clean in general... the bed is comfortable and i like that the bathroom is clean...

while the room amenities are clean, i found a strand of hair in one of the bath towels... may not be a big deal to some people but i am not one of them... ;)

Convenient location, there is a large Aeon mall near by too.

When I first checked in the floor was wet, I called the front desk and got my room changed but I found out from a friend that this also happened to her. Not really sure if the bathroom was leaky or if someone dropped something in the floor.

Very nice location about 10 min walk from Station with all my bags. Also right next to supermarket and not too far from Okayama Castle (half hour walk). Also good laundry services.

There were a few loud drunk guests who would run up and down the halls yelling in Spanish, but that’s not really the fault of the Hotel so I’m not too upset.

This is the second stay here and it was quite good overall. Location is 5 stars, only 7 minutes walk to the station and huge AEON mall just across the street.

On the first evening both onsens had a very high temperature of the water, which made it almost impossible to use and not possible to enjoy at all. On the other night it was ok though. I don’t like the system when you can’t close your clothes in the locker. There are open shelves and tiny lockers for the valuables.
